He’s been very understanding of my various previous injuries and has adapted the programme to suit my needs and make me stronger. He always pushes me much harder than I’d ever go myself and I’m seeing great results already.

He also listens attentively, is very knowledgable, encouraging and pushes me to excel with my goals. I always look forward to our 1-to-1 sessions as I get a great workout, learn good technique and form and nuggets of health and lifestyle tips. Armed with this knowledge I now have drastically decreased my injury time, workout efficiency and confidence. I’ve lost a lot of weight training with his help and can see and feel the results of the hard work I’ve been putting in. Overall he is a great PT and I highly recommend his service!
