Fantastic experience: Can’t help recommend this to everyone I know. Before you even start, the easily to follow sign up process gave me confidence before I even began. I knew exactly what to do before I even got there. Each class began as scheduled, and there is an amazing system of announcements if preparation is required before hand. The techniques are well presented and explained, and practice is well taught. This place follows the motto of perfect practice makes permanent. Techniques are revisited and improved upon. My first month here has already shown me a night and day change to where I started. Definitely worth checking out and joining in!

There are lots of classes, with options every day of the week, for all level. When I started, I felt super welcome - with our coach teaching the basic for beginners and more advanced level preparing for competitions - I would definitely recommend this school if you want to get into martial arts!
