Fantastic experience: I attended the open day earlier today where I met PT instructor Gillian and she couldn't have been nicer making me feel so welcome and at ease .She kindly demonstrated for me some of the vast selection of machines and equipment available for members use whiwould help assist me in achieving my personal goals. . I found her Knowledge enthusiasm encouragement non push aproach but even more importantly for me it was her empathy towards me and any concerns I had are now put to rest this was so reassuring for me and exactly what I have been looking for . So Gillian can I say that now joined up hopefully with your support along then way then my positive head will stay on and I WILL Do This !
