Fantastic experience: Love this place. Its definitely expensive but if you have the means- its an amazing thing to do. The staff is all really amazing and have good bedside manner as in they wont make you feel bad about results and are very matter of fact and supportive. Harry in particular is amazing! He is very calm, insightful and makes coming in a great experience. I originally bought the pack of two dexas and didnt realize there was a time constraint on using them and they still let me use them anyway and have been very accommodating of my schedule changing when they didnt haver to be. All around great company and great people!

Fantastic experience: I got a BMR, VO2max, blood tests, Dexa and dexa bone scan. Process was very good. The results were explained very clearly. I have contacted my doctor to dig into the results a little more and I am in the process of implementing the diet and exercise recommendations as we speak.

Fantastic experience: I had my DEXA full body composition scan here and found it to be very useful. It’s much more accurate than the InBody results I’ve been getting at my gym. Ali was great at explaining the results and helping me with a plan to improve on those metrics. I also was given 3D body scan so I can compare myself to this version as I progress. Will be using them going forward as I progress.

Fantastic experience: I really can't recommend My Vital Metrics more strongly. I came for a DEXA body composition scan and had a fairly good understanding of the information I'd receive, but was still so surprised by the wealth of information this provided. Harry walked me through all the different results, how to interpret them and the key takeaways, and recommended some follow-up actions based on them. I honestly think this would be so valuable for anyone, regardless of health or fitness goals. I'm sure I'll be back!

Fantastic experience: I had a dexa scan session with Harry, who was very polite and easy to speak to. I left understanding the results and the methods of calculation of the results. I got some detailed guidance and support with setting some sustainable and healthy goals for my fitness needs including a calorie and protein goals. I found that the dexa image was amazing for visualising exactly how much muscle I have gained from working out over two years. It's great for visualising how your body composition and physique could change. I found that the experience helped me shift my attention from aesthetics and more towards health. Especially as you get an insight into how much subcutaneous fat you have as well as an insight into your visceral fat making it easier to make a change for health driven reasons. I'm excited to come in again in a few months to see my progress with fat loss and muscle conservation.

Positive experience: The experience for DEXA was easy, and straightforward. The practitioner is knowledgeable, strong explanations. However, the building entrance is difficult to find. Please just buzz the entrance and a security guard will let you in.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Harry. Very clear explanations of all the results and where there are areas for improvement, along with clear actions to make the changes needed. DEXA scan result is absolutely miles away from the body scanner at the gym (8% body fat difference) so definitely worth doing to get an accurate figure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I decided to have a Dexa bodyscan and VO2 max test as I exercise daily and wanted to check if I needed to make any alterations to my regime. Harry and Ben were so professional and welcoming, talking me through the tests before hand and encouraging me throughout the VO2 max test. After the tests, Harry talked through the results offering advice on a couple of small changes I could make. Absolutely delighted to get a VO2 max of 57.8! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in learning more about their body composition and fitness levels or if you are in need of advice in how to progress.

The scans and test were completed efficiently and Ali spent a good deal of time going through my results, explaining them and advising me how to improve, patiently listening to my questions.
