Fantastic experience: Steph is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to postnatal fitness. Her Mama and Me fitness classes are the perfect environment in being able to start your postnatal fitness journeys - and being able to take your baby along in a supportive group with other mums. Steph goes over and above in making sure you’re working out at the right level for you and is always on hand to adapt and listen to your needs! Would recommend her classes to any of my postnatal friends.

Fantastic experience: I did 2 months with Steph using her online PT service. She talked to me about my goals and currently lifestyle and food, then sent me a weekly workout plan in response to what I said. Her approach was really refreshing, just there to help you achieve your personal goals with no judgement and understanding of the challenges of being a busy working Mum with little to no time. She was always on hand and happy to answer any questions I had, including tweaking the workouts to make sure they worked for me. I liked her no pressure, but full support approach which allowed me to stay accountable but not feeling guilty if I had a weekend that went off plan. I lost 7kg in those 2 months and have continued to stick to my new routine since, thanks to Steph helping me change my mindset to this being a long term lifestyle change.

Fantastic experience: I had 12 weeks of personal training with Steph after having my baby. Steph is lovely, very knowledgeable, motivational and kind. She put together some great workouts for us to do at our session and also for me at home as well as sharing some recipes and other tips. She really can’t do enough for you. The sessions really helped get my health and fitness journey and confidence kickstarted again after having my baby and I also lost over half a stone and gained more definition. Thanks Steph!

Fantastic experience: The Mama and Me Fitness 6 week programme has really helped me to refocus on healthy sustainable habits. At the start of the programme you received a tailored plan which meet your needs, time and daily lifestyle. It includes great information, recipes and a meal plan example. The workouts set were really beneficial and I could feel myself getting stronger each week - Steph was amazing and altered them to suit my needs including limited wrist weighted exercises due to an injury. They were attainable and set me up for the day. The app is great as you can tick off your exercises, add notes to track progression, use the videos to demonstrate an exercise and there's a really handy in app timer. I found the sense of community Steph created in the WhatsApp group to be particularly helpful as we were all supporting each in and we were in it together. My favourite part/s of the 6 week programme were the weekly challenges and daily check ins. This was essential to keep everyone accountable and on track. The challenges were manageable and really got me thinking about lifestyle changes for example how to get extra steps in when working at my desk all day = marching on the spot whilst watching a training video! The check ins were helpful to receive feedback and Steph is really knowledgeable in helping answer any questions in these. I would really recommend the programme especially to mums. As a busy mum of two, it allowed flexibility and habits changes which means that it's something I can continue to do. Thank you Steph!

Fantastic experience: Such a good class to attend, gets me out of the house with a toddler and a baby! Steph is a great, very friendly and I always feel comfortable exercising around her. The class definitely makes you feel more energised afterwards and can see a difference in my body by attending stephs classes.

Fantastic experience: I happened to come across Mama&Me fitness on Instagram and I’ve now been attending Steph’s’ pre and post natal classes since my baby was 8 weeks old. Steph is extremely knowledgeable and adapts workouts to suit you and your capabilities. Steph is very friendly and is always there to give a helping hand with an unsettled baby too! Would highly recommend to any expecting or new mamas. I would struggle to get any workouts in if I wasn’t able to take my baby to the class with me. Thank you Steph!☺️

Fantastic experience: Steph's classes have really been a great way for me to get back into excersize after having a baby. You feel really comfortable to work at your own pace, and its great to do something for yourself where you are not just "babys mum" My daughter has a great time too watching everyone work out- its a win win!

Fantastic experience: Lovely friendly class to help you regain your fitness after a baby. Steph has a wealth of knowledge so you feel in really safe hands. Even better can bring your baby/ toddler, and a lovely outdoor area we go in when the weather is good. My little one very happy listening to the music this morning

Fantastic experience: Steph is absolutely fab! I started her classes when my eldest was 4 months old. I have never stuck to any form of exercise in the past but Steph's classes are so inclusive and enjoyable that I went every week without fail. When I went back to work I started to use Steph as a PT and continued to do so throughout my second pregnancy. Now I am post partum I am back at her classes and still having PT sessions. Steph listens to her clients and adapts exercises to suit all abilities and needs. It's lovely to meet other mums at her classes as well.

Fantastic experience: I found Mama and Me fitness after the birth of my second baby and love going to the classes! Steph is so lovely and It's nice to have a space with like minded mums to spend a bit of time on myself without having to cash in the babysitting vouchers. Fantastic experience: Steph’s classes have been a godsend. This pregnancy and c section had taken its toll physically and the classes really helped regain my strength and fitness. The classes are really laid back and friendly and Steph is so welcoming and informative. Her social media is really useful to follow too. Now I’m back at work, I’m hoping to get back to the classes on my days off! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is on maternity leave or beyond.

Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Steph at around 3 months post partem and was a complete novice! Not only did Steph show me that it is possible to enjoy working out, she listened exactly to what I was hoping to gain and made sure my workouts were appropriate for how I was feeling each week. Steph is also one of the loveliest people you could meet - it felt more like having a friend over for an hour each week. If you’re on the fence or worried about starting just give it a go - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Mama and Me fitness classes enough!! They are such a great way to get back feeling yourself after giving birth, as well as meeting other new mums and their babies! Steph is absolutely amazing at her job, so knowledgeable and supportive and makes you feel so welcome no matter what your ability is (she is also fantastic with the babies if they are causing mayhem during the sessions!)

Fantastic experience: I have been with Steph for over a year now and it has been the best thing for me physically and mentally. Steph is absolutely brilliant at her job, she brings all the equipment to your house and helps to support your journey all of the time. My little girl and dog also adore her too, nothing is ever too much trouble foot her. I started with Steph after I struggled with back pain after my c section and it has been the best thing I have done. I now no longer get back pain and have built up my strength significantly. I have lost over 10kg but most importantly built up my strength for my ever growing little girl. I would recommend Steph whole heartedly she is fabulous and has helped change my whole outlook on health and fitness!

Fantastic experience: I've been to Steph's mummy & baby group 3 times now, and have booked onto further sessions. It's a fab class to gradually get back into fitness after having a baby, without worrying if you need to stop to feed or cuddle your baby. Fantastic experience: I've just finished an 8 week challenge with Steph and she has been amazing. I rejoined the gym after over 3 years but felt lost with no routine. She was so understanding of worries I had from complications from my pregnancy and birth and has given me back my love of the gym and weights, I really look forward to my gym sessions now! I've decided to stay on with Steph for online coaching for the motivation and programming and I can't wait to see what more I can achieve!

Fantastic experience: It's been an absolute pleasure working with Steph. I wanted to join the 8 week summer challenge because I wanted some support in kick starting my fitness journey after having my second child. When the challenge began, I was 4 months pp, recovering from a planned c section and felt that I had really limited time with a 2.5 year old and a 4 month old baby. Whilst Steph held me accountable she was extremely encouraging throughout, tailoring my workouts based on my feedback and needs. I've gained so much strength and confidence over the challenge that I've even rejoined the gym (after 3 years away from it!) as a result. Thank you Steph for reminding this mama that she can and does have the time to fit exercise in!

Fantastic experience: I had my son 5 years ago and then 3 big operations. I had put LOADS of weight on as a result and my core muscles were none existent. I had tried what I thought was everything to lose weight and nothing worked long term, I'd sometimes lose weight but it would always come back with avengeance. Stephs programme is more about understanding your body, how food affects it and changing your lifestyle to get the results you want. I would highly recommend this to someone who is looking for a long-term solution not a short term fix! I did the 8 week summer programme and it flew by! I never felt restricted and the exercises that were given were all manageable and explained clearly as to why they were been done. Steph was really knowledgeable about why eating certain foods caused weight gain and how to rectify it. She also provided help when it came to eating out which was fantastic ! I lost a stone in my summer class and am already planning on signing up for her PT classes at the end of the year! She was a fantastic support and if you did slip she was always there to get you back on track Thanks Steph! X

Fantastic experience: Attending Steph's classes throughout my maternity leave has really helped me get a bit of 'me' back. I have missed being able to go to the gym since have two children so this was really welcomed when I could take my baby and feel like I was having a good work out! Steph is brilliant at making you feel comfortable and welcome- she is a fab hand with upset babies too if they need support whilst you're working out. Would 100% recommend for new Mum's to attend this class!

Fantastic experience: I simply can't recommend Steph enough. I completed a 3 month block of PT sessions alongside her group classes in the lead up to my wedding. Steph helped me achieve my target weight, whilst also helping me regain my confidence and physical strength post partum. She is highly knowledgeable in the physical issues that women may face after having a baby and she was patient and understanding throughout our sessions. Steph somehow manages to keep you on track and motivated whilst still being empathetic and understanding when things aren't quite going to plan. On top of all of this, Steph is just a genuinely lovely person and makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend Steph to any expectant or new mums looking to improve their physical fitness.

Fantastic experience: I had 1:2:1 sessions with Steph, which were just incredible. Even more so being a mummy and having her come to the house with the equipment, it was so so helpful I’ve never come across anyone with such a helpful service. Her knowledge is incredible and her support was invaluable, I soon moved to an online training plan which was just as incredible too, the support she gave was brilliant and the training plan definitely did the trick because I lost the weight I was hoping to lose. I can’t recommend her enough, thank you Steph! xx

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed the classes I’ve done so far, it makes it so much easier than trying to exercise with a baby at home or finding someone to watch them whilst you go to a gym! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Steph highly enough!!! I started attending Mama and Me classes back in May this year (at 12 weeks postpartum) and personal training with Steph around 4 weeks later and I can honestly say I have never looked back. Steph is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and provides continual support and encouragement. I feel much more confident in my own body and fitness since training with Steph and have managed to lose all my “baby” weight and some more thanks to Steph’s help and guidance on my nutrition. I don’t feel I have to tell everyone that I meet that I’ve “just” had a baby anymore - I feel like my pre-pregnancy self once again!

Fantastic experience: I started with Mama & Me when my little boy was three months old, I wanted to get back into fitness and feel like myself again but was nervous about it and needed something flexible so I could take my son with me. Mama & Me came at the perfect time, Steph is so accommodating, you feel so comfortable and everything is adapted to where you are in your postpartum journey. Then I went back to work and needed motivation again but this time for my wedding. I knew the perfect person. Steph is now my PT twice a week and I'm loving seeing my progress each week. I'm getting stronger and Steph is there every step of the way with both fitness and nutrition advice. Thanks Steph, you're brilliant and I couldn't recommend you enough :)

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Steph on a virtual programme for a few months now. She is extremely knowledgeable and really gave me the tools and confidence I needed to get back to exercise and start building good habits following the birth of my little girl. She is very communicative and supportive, regularly checking in and making changes to my programme when needed. I was really keen to find someone with the experience to support me specifically postpartum, but I think anyone could have success working with Steph!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Steph, she is so friendly and welcoming and her classes are brilliant for post partum mums. Steph is really encouraging and gives different levels of difficulty for the exercises. Fantastic experience: Fantastic fitness lessons with a good range of difficulties depending on stage of pregnancy/postpartum. Steph is friendly and welcoming and it's great to be able to take baby along. Would highly recommend Steph's classes. I've also had personal training with Steph which was great. Fantastic experience: I cannot reccommend Steph's PT highly enough. She completely understood how I wanted to work out, what I enjoyed and what I wanted to achieve. She also had a great understanding of the barriers I had on a practical level and with mindset. If you don't enjoy a PT standing over you cheerleading and shouting at you then she is perfect. Her approach is much more supportive, practical and empathetic whilst still producing the results. She gives you confidence, reassurance and shares her knowledge and experience. This is the first plan I have ever stuck to and enjoyed!

Fantastic experience: Classes with Steph were exactly what I needed after giving birth to my second child. I was not feeling happy or comfortable in my body and Stephs classes helped to kick start my exercise plan and change in the way I feel. The class can be made to suit you with amended versions if you are eg still recovering from ad separation. It is such a welcoming class but one that you'll always leave sweaty.

Fantastic experience: After having my third baby back in March and struggling with all 3 births of tummy separation and not knowing how to correct the problem, I found Steph through Google and booked a 12 week PT session with her. In all honesty it was the best thing I ever did, and I only wish I had found her earlier. Steph is so detailed in her approach and instantly put me at ease and took away the nervousness and lack of confidence that I think most new mums experience about their bodies. Her support approach with buckets of encouragement was just amazing and absolutely gave me the confidence week on week with my programme. From the bottom of my heart I can't thank Steph enough. I've been given the confidence that I can do this and after years of thinking this is how I look and to live with the tummy, you've made me see it isn't and I can do something about it! I feel so much stronger in body and mind and the difference in my body as wowed me! I know I won't be a new mama when Steph is back, but I will absolutely be booking in again PT as I have thoroughly loved our session and found a love for excercise! The biggest of thank yous xx

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Steph enough! She’s been amazing helping me get back into exercise post my baby, especially at this time where my fitness has been at an all time low and I’ve felt pretty vulnerable, she been such an amazing motivator. Also really great with my son (who’s been with us for half of my sessions) and flexible when I needed to move things around for him.
Fantastic experience: A great way to get back into fitness after having a baby. Steph's class is challenging but fun, and I have definitely started to feel the benefit. The fact I can bring both my baby and toddler to the class and know I'm not disturbing anyone is great. It's also a fun way to meet other mothers as nothing bonds you together quite like moaning about how knackered you are!

Fantastic experience: I love Steph’s friendly and easy going fitness classes. Steph allows pre-schoolers as well as babies to come along so It’s great to be able to do something for myself without having to worry about additional child care. Steph offers an easy or harder option of each exercise so the classes are for any ability and you can go at your own pace. I definitely recommend this exercise class!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing mama and me fitness since the start of January all through lockdown online, I’ve found Steph really motivating with her live sessions and I’ve enjoyed the variety she brings. With doing her classes I hit pre pregnancy weight at 7 months post partum and now I can run 5km which I haven’t been able to do for a few years. I highly recommend these classes!

Fantastic experience: I started Steph’s classes in October 2020 when my little boy was 10 weeks old and even though we’ve not been face to face as much as both of us would have liked they are fantastic. Steph has helped to keep me motivated through lockdown and her classes are great for people who are pregnant, postnatal of wanting to improve their fitness.

Fantastic experience: I joined Stephs classes 8 weeks after giving birth to my baby boy. Before even attending my first class, Steph was in touch giving advice about how to prepare for the first class and what exercises I should/shouldn't do. I was nervous taking a young baby to a class and whether I would be able to put him down long enough to do any exercise. The classes are varied, working on core strength, upper body, cardio and legs. All exercises have variable levels so there is something for everyone. At the beginning I had a lot of stomach muscle separation so could only do the 'easiest' exercises. Steph explains all the variations well and encourages you to take the next step when ready. I find the classes, both online and in person, very rewarding and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the classes to other mum's/mum's-to-be.

Fantastic experience: I love Steph's classes. They are great. Having the flexibility to work out when it suits me and the little one makes it doable. I love the mix of workouts. Always something new so you don't get bored! They've been great during lockdown too as you get to join her Facebook group so you feel less alone. Steph always offers more challenging or less challenging alternatives so there's no excuses for not getting it done!
