Fantastic experience: I've recently found Studio45 and I'm so glad that I have! Kate fills the room with high energy and enthusiasm and makes exercising fun. She focuses on good technique and I've already learned how to make my workouts more effective. Classes are small so you get that personal attention that is sometimes lacking in big classes. Studio45 gets a big five stars from me!
