Fantastic experience: Absolutely unreal! I went with my friend as I wanted to see what the gym had to offer and all I can say is wow. A very well equipped catering to novice and experienced lifters alike. I was very impressed with the sauna and steam room as well I thought they were an excellent perk. The overall aesthetic of the gym made it a delight to work out there you can really tell they have invested a lot of time to make this place amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been using MHF for over a year now, I love it. I wouldnt be able to go to any another gym now, I feel like I have been spoilt. It really is a luxurious gym. I have recently upgraded to the silver package as I wanted to try out the classes, the yoga with Helen is absolutely amazing, I had never done it before, I now try and book on every session she offers. All equipment is top of the range, and the changing rooms are amazing.

Frankie on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and makes the BEST biscoff protein shakes for someone who typically suffers from gym anxiety, I can honestly say I look forward to coming and never feel out of place!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym! Completely um matched in terms of pleasant staff, pleasant gym goers, facilities and overall luxurious gym. The facilities are second to none with everything you could want and more, including a smoothie bar! Brilliantly designed with a multitude of various classes all taught by professionals in that field.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very passionate about what they do, even caring about their clients with remembering names, faces, orders and workout routines and injuries, giving check ups in passing to see how they are with their workouts. The variety of drinks available is really good too and they cater to those with allergies and intolerences well too I definitely recommend them as a gym.

Fantastic experience: Honestly walked in felt like a millionaire. The facilities are top-notch for the monthly price (Bronze is under £40!). It allowed me have a more fulfilled workout overall since coming here. The staff are amazing inside and out they are very supportive. There is an bar that sells range of smoothies and your coffees too, perfect after an hard session of training. I'll be referring as much people as I can to here to feel what I feel.

The staff are friendly, they’re always willing to help and there is a good client mix of age and gender. I always feel welcome and never overwhelmed!

Fantastic experience: First time at the gym in years and as a 40 something slightly overweight mum I felt really daunted prior to coming, but was desperate to get some time back for me. I needn't have worried!! The lady who showed me around for my induction was lovely and so helpful showing me how to set up and use the machines. The equipment is amazing, state of the art never seen anything else like it before! A mix of people here too so didn't feel out of place. Can't wait to come back for my next workout.

Fantastic experience: Had significant knee pain from overusing the joints playing too much football... The physio, Max, provided me with a recovery plan and gave me the appropriate treatment. I also used the amenities available at Manor House Fitness including the luxurious steam room ! Great gym and great physio- worth the money because the quality is second to none.

Fantastic experience: The range and quality of equipment be it free weights, for functional training or cardio is the best I have ever seen in a gym environment. The spin room is fantastic and the changing/shower facilities are outstanding and clean. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly and help create an excellent chilled atmosphere to work out in. Definitely worth the monthly subscription! Oh, and the smoothie bar is fabulous too.

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and approachable, has amazing facilities and a range of different classes catering to all ( I personally recommend the boxing circuit with Paul on Thursday's ). Also if you’re looking for a personal trainer , i Would highly recommend Scott as he's very friendly, knowledgable and takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are.

Fantastic experience: Was a little apprehensive about joining this gym as it initially appeared to be aimed towards the younger generation, however once I went to look around I signed up on the night. There is nothing not to like about this place. The building itself is light, spacious, clean and the décor is lovely. The equipment is high end and there is enough of it to ensure that you are not having to wait. The Techno Gym machines are great for me as they set themself up automatically and increase automatically as you progress- I actually feel like I have some structure to my workouts now. The staff are friendly and helpful as are those that you use the facility, I thought I would feel intimidated here but I definitely don't. You get access to the steam room and sauna, even with the basic membership and I have used these on a number of occasions. The changing rooms are high end with individual suites including heated wall dryers, hairdryers and straighteners are available for use also, so ideal if you want to hit the gym before having to get ready to go elsewhere. They also have Sports Massage and Physiotherapy available and I have used and will continue to use both of these, Max is great, he is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I highly recommend both of these services. I have also tried the smoothie bar, great choice and a perfect way to end your workout. All in all this is a great place to workout and it's clear that a lot of thought and money has been invested in it. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible. Brand new, state of the art equipment and facilities. It really has everything you could possibly need...... gym, sauna, steam room, physio and massage, studios and it's very own smoothie/coffee bar. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble and they're always on hand to help. The changing rooms are insane..... GHD straighteners and hair dryers. Opening hours are great to work out around every day life. Love love love this gym xx

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Great atmosphere and lovely staff. I enjoy a workout with a coffee break while I'm there. Cara is so friendly and we have a chat when she's there. Highly recommend to anyone no matter your age. I'm 52 and I feel quite at home there! The sauna is amazing too. 5 stars from me!
