Detox Petersfield

Fantastic experience: I started Detox when I was really low in my mental and physical health. For the past two and half months I have enjoyed every session and look forward to them every time. I’ve never experienced PT sessions like I have at detox. All the trainers are fun and kind and they really care about you and what your goals are. I would highly recommend to anyone especially if your shy about going to the gym, they will boost your confidence so much in yourself.

Fantastic experience: Going to Detox was a MASSIVE step for me, but one of the best steps I have made in my lifetime. I can't tell you how terrified I was to expose the level of my unfitness .... However I was met with a kind, caring and genuine team of knowledgeable, experienced PTs. The team intrinsically seem to know how far to push me without pushing me too far. They work with my capabilities and are constantly championing my success' however small. In addition to the fab team, the other clients are so lovely to and encourage you just as much and are always on hand to relay their experience to reassure everything you are feeling is normal. The gym itself is bliss, set in the Sheet country side with outside space as well as the private gym space. All round cannot recommend Detox Petersfield any higher. Thanks so much Detox team for taking the fear of gym and exercise away

Fantastic experience: If you want to start going to a gym and you are feeling a little intimidated by thought of a big commercial gym with lots of people then Detox Petersfield is the place for you! It’s private and intimate! It’s light and airy and there’s nothing intimidating about it. Here you get a workout tailored to your individual needs. There are only ever 3 or 4 people training at the same time. You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. A workout with weights and machines can be daunting but Harley is there every step of the way encouraging you and pushing you to your limit. Don’t procrastinate anymore- just go! You will feel amazing within weeks!

Fantastic experience: DETOX is an amazing gym. They make you feel welcoming as soon as you walk in. I have been training with harley for few years now. The energy and vibes never fails. I always to look forward for my next session! The location is great and the environment as such offers a lot of facilities such us food and smoothies after hard work out. I’d recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend going to detox. It has an amazing indoor and outdoor space with a great juice bar as well. Harley, Ani and Simi are also the best PTs you can find as they are very helpful, supportive and genuine as well.

Fantastic experience: A welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and accommodating PT’s and an equally friendly client base make Detox a great place to spend some time working out. Even an old, unfit, I.T. professional such as myself has been made to feel part of the Detox community. I often attend sessions with my wife, and we are able to discuss and work with the Detox team on, not only our workout schedules, but also our overall lifestyle routines and our diets. Nothing seems like too much trouble for these guys. The equipment and facilities are great and perfect for the routines that the Detox team have us working on. I think the biggest compliment I can pay the team behind Detox is that my wife and I have tried several gyms and other “get fit” options and neither of us have ever stuck with anything for as long as we have with Detox and its sister studio’s (Workout Coach Studio and The Salterns Studio). All of these studios have their own unique attributes housed in really unique settings and yet all maintain the same welcoming and relaxed atmosphere! I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly atmosphere and patient, intelligible PTs. The staff cater for the needs of the individual. As a young woman, I feel a lot more comfortable here than I have done at any other gym.
