Fantastic experience: Look forward to every session! Vicki is so knowledgeable and offers lots of adjustments for each exercise to make it inclusive for all abilities. I’ve never been able to stick to classes before but I go to every session of Fitness Pilates that I can. Feel very lucky to have this class on my doorstep.

Fantastic experience: I am very relieved to have found a teacher who has in depth knowledge of anatomy and how we can improve our bodies with appropriate exercises. I feel very safe doing all the movements and thanks to Vicki the atmosphere during pilates session is fantastic. I've been really amazed that just after one class I could feel the benefit next day. It's helping me so much to ease abdominal pain related to my endometriosis. I'm really enjoying my pilates and it seems like I'm a little bit addicted to it ;) it's just doing good for me as a whole (posture, body, head, mind).
