Fantastic experience: Have been going to Vibe Step and Kettlebell classes for a few years now. Caz is so encouraging, you couldn't meet a more positive person. Classes are friendly and easy going and suit me as they are pay as you go. Great variety of classes at different times of day so if you miss one you can catch up in the week. Best thing is the music. Love the remixes!

Fantastic experience: I moved to the area in 2021 and started attending sessions at Jigsaw Fitness early 2022. I was initially anxious about walking into my first class being an unfit 50 something lady! The welcome I received was so warm and friendly and I soon felt at ease. I now participate in 4 classes a week including Vibe Power and HIIT. The classes are fun with a lovely and positive atmosphere, and I always feel amazing and energised afterwards which motivates me to keep going, and I’ve noticed results in terms of my overall fitness and positive mindset. Really can’t recommend Jigsaw Fitness enough!

Fantastic experience: Jigsaw Fitness Crosby ( based in Merchant Taylor’s Schools Fitness Centre ) really does offer something for all fitness levels and ages. Carolyn and her crew have vibe concept classes in indoor cycling, weights, step, hiit, circuits, fusion, kettlebell and yoga. More than anything it’s the friendliness and fantastic energy in every class which is outstanding. Give them a try you won’t regret it ( promise) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Become part of a great community/social group. If you’ve not tried Jigsaw fitness yet, then you should definitely give it a go. They even have some free taster sessions so you can try it out Once you’ve had a taster you’ll see for yourself just how good it is

Fantastic experience: I joined these classes over two years ago and it’s changed my life. The people are all so friendly and supportive, each class is different. Caz has so much energy it contagious to everyone. My favourite classes are Vibe Step and Circuits, all the other classes are great too. I now even have a step move named after me .so much fun. The social events are great too, it’s great being part of the community. There are also opportunities to train to teach classes and build your fitness. I wouldn’t be without this group of lovely people, lots of positive energy

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Jigsaw Fitness now for several years and I absolutely LOVE it! The Vibe concept means no two classes are ever the same so you never get bored of the routines or the music! Vibe Cycle (spin) classes can feel more like a mini rave out to Cream classics some weeks! Everyone is welcome, no matter your ability or fitness level and everyone from the instructors to your fellow classmates are always really friendly, helpful and welcoming. There’s never any judgement. You’ll leave every class buzzing with a big smile on your face. If you’re on the fence about giving it a go, just do it. You won’t regret it. You even get your first class free and with pay as you go options you’ve got nothing to lose. Hopefully see you at a class soon!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful group of people, all ages and abilities, encouraging each other and with the main goal of moving more to feel better. Love my time with Jigsaw Fitness. As a 45 year old mother, it’s so important to find time to take care of yourself and I do it by coming to classes, which fit around my job and mum duties. First class is free, so give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Jigsaw fitness runs out of the Love 23 Church and sometimes do sessions on the beach. Caz the owner is a force to be reakoned with, full of postive energy that makes you believe you can achieve your goals. When I started I was carrying an extra 4 stone and didn't thinknthere was anyway I'd be getting up for 6.15 am classes but I love it, best way to start the day. Everyone is very friendly and helpful which eased my anxiety and we all encourage and motivated each other. There is a range of classes to suit your preference. The vibe is brilliant, give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of classes and honestly love all of them. The energy, friendliness and support from participant’s and instructors is the best. They have an easy to use booking system and send regular updates via it and via social media. They do social events too!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to improve both your physical fitness and mental well-being, then I can’t recommend Carolyn and her team highly enough. It’s fun, all inclusive, family friendly, encouraging and local. I have been using Jigsaw fitness for years, whether it be attending Crosby beach fit to shed some pounds, or taking my daughter to jigsaw fitness swimming lessons at Crosby leisure Centre. My Brother has also joined now and we get to catch up at the same time which is great. I have been all levels of fitness over the last few years but you feel comfortable enough to go at your own pace and everyone is so supportive. They have actually become my closest friends over time and now I call them family.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Carolyn and her instructor's enough. She and her team make exercising so much fun, you don't even know your burning calories it's an absolute blast!! Carolyn also holds swimming lessons right from birth!! My son has many fond memories learning to swim with toys and props and is now a confident swimmer... she is totally amazing with children!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I am very proud of my daughter, Carolyn and the dedicated team at Jigsawfitness in Crosby and surrounding areas. I have many joint problems and a recent diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease. Carolyn has devised a programme which will help me maintain strength and mobility. Yes, I am her mother, but I have seen her and her enthusiastic team treat all their customers as individuals, adapting their classes to fit different needs. This is a friendly team who want to bring any of their classes to whoever wants to join in. They never forget the first time they joined a class so always put people at their ease. The same goes for babies, toddlers and adults in swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: I have watched my daughter Carolyn develop her business to offer exercise for all. The team follow her lead to provide fun filled sessions, whatever your ability. It has been wonderful to see the encouragement people have been given including access into a new career.

They get the balance right between motivating you and supporting you to achieve your full potential. They have a great range of classes to offer for any level of fitness. They also offer Swimming lessons which I highly recommend after seeing how confident my children have become. I have been to many Gyms/classes and never felt as much support, friendliness and encouragement I have received from Jigsaw fitness. It's like we are one big fitness family. I'm seeing excellent results and recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter has been having 1to 1 swimming lessons with Carolyn for the past year & I can't recommend her highly enough . My daughter's confidence both in and out of the pool has grown greatly as Carolyn adapts each lesson to suit the child's personality and encourages them to be fearless & inquisitive . I can see that my daughter is progressing far faster than she would in a group lesson as she is not having to sit on the side lines whilst watching others learn to swim & I firmly believe she will be swimming for in time for her summer holiday.
