Fantastic experience: Fabulous and friendly place to get fit and have a laugh along the way! I go twice a week and am getting stronger all the time. It’s perfect for all ages and abilities. Thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've used a few gyms in the past but this is by far my favourite fitness environment. Always friendly, inclusive and definitely fun! Hard to believe that fitness can be enjoyable but it really is! I've met great people and achieved better strength and fitness in a short space of time. 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the Froga class, unfortunately I havent been able to attend lately due to an injury, but I will definitely be back to it once I've recovered. A box fit class is due to start soon which I am very keen to go to as well.
