Fantastic experience: Yeofit is such a fun, welcoming place to exercise. I can honestly say there are all shapes, sizes and abilities and is as far from a conventional sweat-soaked testosterone pit as you can get. I loved taking both my little ones to Lou's postnatal class. It was a the only baby session where I didn't have to talk nipples and nappies. I'm getting into the swing of Lou's mash up and really enjoying pushing myself a bit harder. The view over the valley definitely makes it.

Fantastic experience: Love my weekly Zumba classes - you don't need to be able to dance, or even to have a sense of rhythm! Lynne makes it fun and allows you to forget any inhibitions and just move and enjoy the music. The classes are mixed age and mixed ability, but we all have a smile on our faces - if anyone is dithering about coming along, please do...you'll get a warm welcome and you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Great location with fantastic views, oh yes, and the instructors, Lynne and Madi, really know their stuff. Definitely worth the monthly membership fee.

Fantastic experience: Great service! The classes of course are the best but it's half term so we have just done pilates to one of Lynne Joyner's videos. Not only are the pilates classes varied and entertaining, you get personal attention and challenge. Zumba sessions can only be described as a joy.
