Fantastic experience: I've been training with Paul for several years now and have come to rely on him to keep me on track with my fitness. He's very knowledgeable and has a real gift for understanding what motivates people, tailoring his approach to each individual to get the best results. He's given me confidence in strength training and helped me achieve things I could never have seen myself doing. Plus, the conversation is excellent - a gym session with Paul is never boring! I recommend him highly.
Fantastic experience: Paul helped me reach fitness goals I didn't really know I had. I was mildly fit when I started training with him in preparation for Tough Mudder. He made sure each session pushed me that little further than before and I actually enjoying getting fit again. I had a complete body transformation and made a friend for life at the same time.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Paul after my ACL reconstruction. I was trying to do exercises on my own and Paul kindly came over to help. He was friendly and informative. I decided to book sessions with him straight away and he helped me with the final stages of my rehab. I loved his training style so continued to book sessions with him and as a result gained a physique I never thought possible. Fantastic experience: Paul helped me so much in getting in shape for my wedding. The results were great and i put on a lot of lean gains. I also learnt so much about training and had a great time doing it. I made a great mate and put on muscle at the same time! Paul is worth your time!

Fantastic experience: I have had a number of personal trainers over the years and had not achieved the results that my husband had received after only training with Paul for a short period of time. I also wanted results and so started training with Paul. Paul completed a thorough analysis of my fitness, strength and nutrition. We then set ambitious goals to ensure I received the step change I needed to enhance my strength and improve my nutrition. Paul provided a tailored programme that helped me to lose weight, improve my strength and completely changed my eating habits. Fantastic experience: Before starting my sessions with Paul I had struggled to keep to a training regiment, and even when I trained I never truly gave my all. That all changed: with great skill and care Paul whipped me into shape and pushed me to the limit in a way I couldn't have on my own. I've left each session with a few OMG’s knowing I've outdone myself and made progress, and that wouldn't have been the case without Paul.

Fantastic experience: The best personal training session in London! I’ve used a few personal trainers over the years, I’ve not used one who is more knowledgeable and adaptive than Paul. Over time, my training has been adapted to meet my developing goals, the sessions are challenging and complement my other training sessions extremely well. 100% recommended.
Fantastic experience: Paul is a great trainer, so good I've seriously looked into how to get work back in the area or convince him to come to me! I came to Paul originally with big goals but little of the long term motivation required to shift the weight that had crept on. Office work, too much eating and drinking and plain laziness had left me avoiding cameras and dreading a family beach holiday in 12 weeks and my own wedding the following year. I outsourced this difficult problem to Paul who responded with gentle persuasion; the perfect mix for me of good cop and bad cop. 12 weeks saw me drop two dress sizes and want to have photos taken on the family holiday. What's more, working with Paul, I kept it off and lost some more leading up to my wedding. It's been 18 months and I am yet to find (with much looking in my new area) a trainer who can produce results for me like Paul. Fancy a trip to north London twice a week Paul?
