Fit4 the Future has been based in Newport since 2010. We offer a range of services aimed at promoting a fitter future through fun, friendly exercise, healthy eating and positive lifestyle choices!

We have something for everyone no matter of fitness level, ability or age from 1-2-1 exclusive personal training to small group training sessions of no more than 16 people.

Craig enjoys mountain biking, running and motivating others to do the same. His aim is to promote healthier eating, positive lifestyle choices and increased fitness through fun, friendly personal training and small group exercise classes.
