Combining cardio, strength, and functional exercises, PACK45 group workouts provide the ultimate fitness experience. Workout at your own pace and intensity with these 45-minute workout sessions.

Each location has a team of qualified Personal Trainers available to help provide additional support, motivation and/or structure. Our teams will be happy to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are!

The easyGym memberships offers unlimited access to our gyms, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. All our gyms are equipped with top of the range kit, perfect to give you the workout you need.

Day Passes are an option for those who do not need a monthly membership or those who would like to try us out. With a day pass you can visit the facilities at anytime of the day and make use of everything we offer! All our gyms are open 24/7.
