Bodyworx Studio

Bodyworx Studio is a community feel group training venue with indoor and outside facilities located in Harold Hill. We offer a range of group classes to suit all ages and abilities at times to suit everyone from 6am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to midday at weekends. We have a private gym studio for members use as well as for personal training along with our outside facilities for boot camps and exercising in the nice weather.
