Fantastic experience: I joined Fit for life mums 2 1/2 years ago. I joined to lose weight, get fit but mainly to get my type 2 diabetes under control. I have done all three and I have been taken off my type 2 meds. I now have a great group of friends who support you throughout your sessions and more. If you are thinking of joining DO IT! You won’t regret it.
