We have started a monthly menopause café, anyone affected by the menopause is welcome to come along for a chat, to meet new people and discuss all things menopause. Refreshments are provided and we have some amazing guest speakers from medical professionals to physios and nutritionists. Feel free to drop us a message for more info or just turn up on the day.

Whether you’re embarking on an exercise regime for the first time, looking to improve your fitness, working towards a specific personal goal,  or simply want to meet new people, you’ve come to the right place. We're passionate about inspiring people to grow in self-confidence, enjoy exercise and have fun in the process.

We run friendly inclusive outdoor and online fitness classes suitable for everyone. Exercising is beneficial for mind as well as body – it’s been shown to increase energy, lift your mood and releases feel-good endorphins.

Life should be about keeping healthy and active, but also about balance.  More love, less guilt in every aspect and that’s what we aim to do.  Our ethos at EL Fitness is to ditch those scales, we call them the sad step for a reason.  We’ve try our best to promote more of what we believe in, positivity, embracing life and every opportunity that comes our way. We take the good days with the bad and feel all the feels, but remind ourselves that bad days are temporary and good days are always around the corner.  No matter what your struggles or barriers are we will always do everything we can to help and encourage you to overcome them.  We love to train people, but we also love to have fun, as well as focusing on self care and taking some time out to recharge.  Whether you join us on the field or online we hope you love it and enjoy it as much as we do.  There won’t be any counting macros, detoxing, diet culture or 'clean' eating, body shaming or focus on unhealthy habits.  We both know first hand how damaging these can be to your wellbeing and how they're never a long term solution.  It’s all about having a realistic, balanced, enjoyable lifestyle and promoting a healthy body image and relationship with food and exercise. We are always open and honest and are happy to answer any questions and offer support wherever we can. We love helping in the community, we do regular community give backs and support various charities promoting community spirit.  Being part of EL Fitness is like being part of one big supportive family and we can’t wait to welcome you.

  I’ve been training with Emily for a few years now! I wouldn’t have it any other way, she’s amazing at her job. Always around to help work on anything you may struggle with. She’s adjusts her workouts to suit you! Thanks Emily :)

  I joined EL Fitness nearly a year ago, and I am so happy I found this group! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which took the pressure off of joining. Emily goes above and beyond, to make sure you are ok, and the classes suit you. Throughout lockdown Em has checked in, and worked even harder to keep us motivated with indoor classes online, along with Sam. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new fitness outlet to come along and give it a try. I have never kept up with my fitness as I have done the past year!

  Been training with Emily for over a year, she is such a lovely woman with a massive heart but not scared to give you a good beasting. I have gained so much since joining. Made great friends that I will have forever and a massive support system. So much variety and never the same workout twice. My kids love coming to the child friendly classes where you can exercise and know your kids are safe and being watched. Love you lots em xxxx

  I am a fitness fanatic and Emily's bootcamps are AWESOME! She owns an insane amount of equipment which allows her to create a wide variety of workouts - tailored to all levels. I am absolutely loving it and wish I'd joined sooner.

  Just the best people led by the best instructor. Emily is an amazing support, instructor and a wonderful human being and my fellow ELFs are just awesome. EL Fitness is my happy place.

  Just had my first session (taster) with E L Fitness and am definitely going back. Great safety procedures and social distancing measures. Emily and Sam are professional and fun trainers, the group are really friendly and welcoming and the session was perfect...just the type of workout I like and challenging. Looking forward to being part of this community.

  I cannot recommend E.L Fitness enough. Emily is so motivating, and seems to be able to see your limits before you do. Constantly pushing and supporting you while working out. I love my workouts with Emily!

  I joined E.L fitness 2 months ago with the child friendly group and have been enjoying it that much I’ve committed to more sessions and more days a week. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d still be doing it as I’ve always hated exercise. Not one day has been the same and Emily makes it fun and really enjoyable to come.
