Started training with Steve in 2009, and having had 3 C-Sections and a hysterectomy, I can say my core strength has never been better! I especially enjoy the boxing for cardio and fat burn drills, beats getting on a treadmill anyday for me!

After recovering from a slipped a disc in my lower back, I decided to hire steve to help me gain functional strength. Touch wood 12 months of training with Steve and I am stronger than ever, squatting 100kg's with ease!
