Unlike many online coach programmes you’ll be working 1-1 with me. None of the coaching will be based in a group environment. I’m sure you’ll agree that you don’t want to be coached in a group, you want to be coached 1-1 so the advice is always 100% personalised to you.

There is a group chat for everyone in the Academy programme which allows you to build new relationships with other clients, gain new insights and ideas as well as add motivation when seeing what others are doing and achieving.  

The 1-1 check ins with me every 7 days is a level of support I can safely say that I haven’t seen matched in 90% of online coaches programmes I have seen online. You also have my number so any issues you have, you can message me on whatsapp and i'll sort it for you. I talk to all my coaches every week via whatsapp between the 1-1 calls. 

I’ve designed the education section of the academy around what I wish I knew when I first started my fitness journey. Much of this knowledge has come from plenty of trial and error as well as investing thousands into several coaches who have been able to share their insights and knowledge with me.

My clients are tagged throughout my Instagram so feel free to reach out and ask them about their experience working with me. You will have access to contact me throughout the programme at any time and you should expect a speedy reply to answer any issues you have. This is a journey that we will go on together rather than you being left to do most things on your own.
