Phoenix Health and Wellness

Phoenix Health & Wellness is a non-profit that has the principal goal of trying to help and improve the health (both physical and mental) of as many people in the local community as possible. That’s a broad and perhaps bold statement but the guiding light for us a non-profit is to try and dismiss many of the myths, stigmas and barriers that prevent people from benefiting from improved health and fitness.
