Fantastic experience: Best gym I've had the pleasure of training and coaching out of. Powerlifting, strongman and bodybuilding aswell as all the grip strength tools for whatever sport Alpha Gym has it all.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at alpha for a few months now and would 100% recommend for anyone with any kind of goals. I am not a professional powerlifter or a strongperson and I have been focused on losing weight. I feel completely at home here. The rest of the members and the non-members who pop by are always willing to help and support you in anyway they can. If you want to be left alone, you'll be left alone but if you want support and to make friends you will also find that. There is a range of high quality equipment for all sorts of goals whether it be racks for squats, bench press, overhead press etc or machines to really focus on hypertrophy or strength including some of the biggest dumbells I've ever seen . There is a range of cardio equipment and supplement bar which you can purchase drinks and supplements for very reasonable prices. There are personal trainers/coaches there to support you should you need it and a sauna if you want to use included in your membership. The gym is clean and tidy and people actually put weights back (can you believe it). Richy the owner has been incredibly supportive and helped me join and get to know the place and is always quick to respond even outside of the gym. I recommend Alpha for anyone whether a beginner or advanced and even if you're trying to fit a gym session in a busy schedule. The opening times are very good and if you ever need support contact the team or speak to any of us members and we will help!

They constantly reinvest in the gym, adding new equipment, Alpha has a range of equipment that caters for bodybuilding powerlifting and strongman.
