However, if further tests are required, our doctors can refer you to the relevant health experts; both privately or via the NHS.

Our most in-depth assessment gives you a full overview of your general health and wellbeing, with an extra focus on cardiovascular health and personal fitness levels.

Our 360 Health Assessment gives you an overview of your current health and wellbeing, identifying any common health issues such as diabetes and high cholesterol.

The Lifestyle Health Assessment focuses on common health issues and lifestyle change, such as weight management, stress, poor sleep patterns and posture.
