Fantastic experience: Love love love this class! Helped me find my Mojo again and Laura is welcoming, friendly yet she pushes you and motivates the whole class and just sets such a nice vibe amongst the group whoever comes. Have seen the improvement in my strength, fitness and flexibility. Love the music and changing of routines - never the same class. Value for money and cardio based so get a full workout.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my class with Fran! Very engaging, happy and positive trainer with great attention to detail (spots quickly if you are not doing things right and helps you to get the right movement). The venue is cozy and cute - I like the lighting (not too bright), location is also very convenient - right on the high street. I will be coming here frequently - very good results already after 5 classes!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE this class! Since trying it over the summer I have become obsessed! Reformer Pilates choreographed to great tunes really helps keep me engaged and motivated. The instructors are incredible, so knowledgable and encouraging, really helping you get the most out of the workout and push yourself. Shout out to Fran (Tues evenings) and V (Thurs evenings)!! I’ve cancelled my gym membership in favour of their classes and never felt or looked better
