Fantastic experience: Friendly gym with knowledgable and engaging staff. A full range of everything you need from a free weights room, through machines, to a functional area for kettlebells, sandbags and punchbag. Lots of group classes to choose from, as well as a spinning room. Also, a nice view across ponds while you’re on the cardio section.

Fantastic experience: It's a really nice gym. It's well equipped. I am not sure what rush hours are for this place but on weekends and after 8pm it's not very busy. They have message pistols which are a really nice addition to help yourself with warmup or tight muscles. If it had a sauna ,it would be a perfect gym.

Fantastic experience: I have recently decided to join the gym again after 2 years of not training and thought i would have a look at anytime fitness in croxley park i went down to have a look around and thought the place was absolutely amazing and cleanliness was very good to I was greeted by a lady called Victoria which was very happy to help and her colleague Vinny They offer so many amazing things at the gym I decided to go ahead and sign up and not regretted this since i would definitely highly recommend this gym franchise branch

Positive experience: Thank you for the reply. Although there is no solution... the gym is still freezing cold (all year around), the fact that you replied shows that you guys care. I changed it to 4 stars. Also because the Theraguns are still fantastic. A 15 minute therapy session and the body is revived. --- This is the coldest gym of all! You can literally feel the cold wind from the AC howling around your body at all times. Working out harder just makes the sweat freeze on your skin. Trying to relax with the Theraguns? Good luck—your body won’t stop shivering from the cold. Two stars, only because they actually have Theraguns. Every gym should have Theraguns... Fix the freezing climate (and showers), and I’ll gladly upgrade the cold rating.

Fantastic experience: Reasonably priced - they do a blue light card discount too. Clean and well equipped gym. Victoria signed us up and was great at discussing deals and went through all the key information efficiently but clearly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Reasonably priced. Nice, clean and tidy with more than adequate facilities. Have been going for over a year now 3-4 days a week. Very rarely am I waiting for equipment and maybe on 2 occasions something has been out of action but quickly fixed. Easy parking. Great staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't fault this gym! The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. The gym has a good range of equipment plus mat space and is always clean. The equipment is repaired or replaced promptly. Everyone follows good gym etiquette and it's just a lovely place to work out, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Clean and great smelling gym with a great aesthetic and vibe. Vinny the gym manager is such a genuine person and welcoming. I asked Vinnie if he could help me out with my technique for weight lifting and provided me tailored intelligence to get me to the next level. Vinny helped me with body composition and the science around calorie intake. Vinny has a wealth of knowledge and I am so grateful for your help, thank you Vinny.

Fantastic experience: Visiting using my Aussie anytime membership and found this AT today and it’s the best one I’ve been too by a long way. Love that it’s in a gated biz park so leaving the vehicle for a late night session is super safe. The best feature is the bank of Theragun massage devices. They’re by far the best brand and having a bank of their top devices is something I’ve not seen at a gym before and was a very welcome addition given some over stressed muscles for over doing my cardio sessions. Sorted my back and calves so I’ll be back tomorrow before I move on to Europe on Friday. Thank you

Positive experience: Nice clean, little member of the anytime fitness brand. I have visited twice when passing on Sundays and its a nice little gym to visit for a relaxing workout.

Negative experience: Make it incredibly penalising and difficult to cancel, beware of the T&C's.

Positive experience: Updated review - the gym has changed a bit New glute equipment, equipment moved around - it’s a bit tight now, not a lot of room to do certain workouts, spot lights are shining right at you on some machines, so if you have sensory issues it’s not pleasant The men are still being gross - not flushing after themselves, peeing in showers, not being fully dressed in the changing room, oh I how I hate sharing with men Both genders don’t leave equipment how they wish to find it Showers are so steamy, no ventilation, it’s so moist (guess why that’s why the men don’t like getting dressed?) Some of the tools for the cable machines just disappeared, lovely new ankle straps just disappeared New lockers have their own combination locks, very cool, a bit smaller so you see people using two at once Staff here do care about the gym, I see them checking showers, tidying up after people The staff are trying their best, but this gym is quite busy, and about 60% of users do not clean up after themselves and I feel they should be kicked out

Fantastic experience: One of the most Beautiful Gyms I have visited with Calm surroundings, beautiful grounds including fresh river water with fish. Very Tranquil. I feel very lucky to join today as a Valentine's present from hubbs♥️

Positive experience: This is a beautiful spot to workout in the Watford/ Croxley Business Park. Gym equipment is mostly in excellent condition. Fair amount of options for the heavy lifters and plenty of decent cardio machines and equipment on the top floor. Nice views when you come early mornings. The showering and changing facilties are mixed and can feel a little tight but you are also not paying premium membership fees considering what you get here. There have been recent upgrades to improve the basic facilties for members. The staff is helpful and management keeps a track of members opinions and experiences. Aaand the water filter has been replaced recently which is great! Good hydration, good health. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I would ignore the negative reviews. The staff are incredibly attentive and I see them doing cleaning rounds almost every time i’m in during staffed hours. Other reviews may bemoan the price, which they decline to mention also gets you access to all other Anytime Fitness Gyms in the UK with your fob! The gym is small but rarely too packed to have a cohesive workout flow, the busiest times are due to classes and most attendees leave afterward. Top quality gym and well worth every penny for the cleanliness and superb facilities.

Negative experience: Gave my details regarding a free trial. They called and I told them I to stop calling me as if I wanted a trial I would book it online. I have recieved SEVEN calls total, with the majority being after I told them I wasn't interested. I blocked their number. After this I recieved a text message "offer" I had to opt out of. Once I opted out I realised they have also sent me 5 emails which I had to unsubscrive from. It has not even been a month! Spamming potential customers leaves a bad taste in their mouth, especially after they told you not to call them

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, great facilities and very clean. Never really busy and I never had to wait for equipment. I was only a member for 6 months as I'm training for the London Marathon. I had to stop as I didn't have time to do my runs and go to the gym. Will start again once I have done the marathon.

Negative experience: Go to RDX gym it was so much better than this place.

Fantastic experience: Joined anytime fitness Croxley 2 month ago and what a lovely experience it has been, the gym is always clean, fresh smell, very friendly staff, all weights are in place, very friendly atmosphere, would totally recommend anyone to join this gym.

Positive experience: Nice gym, clean and quiet. Easy to find parking. Lots of equipment and in good condition. Staff is nowhere to be seen the vast majority of the time. Very very limited class optios. Price slightly above average for the type of gym and tied to a contract.

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, experienced and create a positive atmosphere. It is convenient to be able to train at any time of the day or night for me when juggling childcare and there is a cafe next door situated by the beautiful mini-lake. Good value. Happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: The gym is located on Croxley business park and has its own private parking. To enter the gym you need to be a member and without a members entry fob you cannot get in. The gym is staffed for half of the day and from 8pm (I think) they leave but the gym remains open. Its always clean and tidy and there are plenty of bins and cleaning stations throughout the gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always welcome people through the doors and speak when leaving. Not the usual grunting you get at other gyms. The gym equipment is well spaced around the gym and is split over two floors. I have rarely seen equipment out of order and on the odd chance there has been it isn't out of order for long. There is a wide range of machines, cardio and weights and a good selection of free weights and plate loaded machines. There are classes available but I'm not a lover of these so cannot comment but they always seem well attended. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I take a Zumba class here and I recommend it 100%. The atmosphere is positively vibrant and friendly and Kasia's (our zumba teacher) happy energy and great skills are both motivating and inspiring. I thoroughly recommend you try it and give the zumba a go.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing club - the best Anytime Fitness location I have been to in the world. I have been lucky enough to work out here while on holiday. The team are incredible and an amazing asset for guests and club owners. The equipment is top quality, clean and new. They have multiple classes, new facilities, parking and a coffee shop next door. Located in the business part with machines overlooking a beautiful pond I feel so lucky to have found this place. I wish my Anytime Fitness in Canada were as good as this.

Negative experience: Gave my details over because I work on the business park and considered joining.... I was then called non stop for weeks with last day "special offers" which are still running but expressed I was not interested because they are minimum 1 year contracts yet they continued calling. Then I thought, ah let's give it a go, popped in with a colleague for a free trial to which they said it's £10 for a guest even if you are considering joining and when I told the guy I was a member at pump he said, good luck driving to tolpits lane. Tell you what, I'll enjoy their steam room and sauna and pay only £5 more a month than your guest pass.

Positive experience: Went in last week to compare to the new pumps gym. Really nice staff and facilities, slightly expensive for what it is but can see the appeal of location. Only negative was the large gentleman showing me around, his hygiene and presentation wasn't great and the smell was slightly off putting.
