Welcome to the No Bullsh*t Zone. Real talk with no fitness fads or quick fixes, just good old-fashioned hard work supported by expert planning, goal setting & nutritional know-how.
My mission is to share my knowledge and experiences with my clients to create tailored, realistic health & fitness plans that help them to achieve their goals.
I began my running training with Kayleigh having never run before. I wanted a new challenge and to restore fitness after my second pregnancy. Initially, we set the target of 5k, but I soon surpassed that goal with Kayleigh’s help and support. At the start of training, I was unable to run for even a minute without struggling, but very quickly my fitness and stamina improved. I’ve recently been able to run a half marathon with Kayleigh creating a realistic, achievable training programme for me to follow. I still can’t believe how far I’ve come, and that is thanks to Kayleigh’s perfect balance of pushing me just enough to achieve my potential, whilst building my confidence and self belief. I would recommend Kayleigh to anyone looking for running support, whether starting from scratch or looking to tackle a new challenge.

I am 41 & certainly haven’t bounced back into shape like I did with my other 2 kids when I was younger. I struggle with self-motivation especially after lockdown hell so a class environment has always suited me better. Kayleigh has created an awesome space where everyone feels accepted & encouraged. Her programmes are always challenging but fun & every session is different. Her awesome playlists certainly help us all push through & we have such a giggle along the way. I am able to bring my Kids along if I can’t find childcare & that is a huge help too.
I have really noticed a change in the couple of months that I have been doing the classes & although I will never fall in love with burpees I have fallen in love with fitness again & I can’t thank Kayleigh enough for this x"
