GymCo Pre-School Hub

Gymco is based in Worthing and sessions are structured, fun and safely run by qualified British Gymnastics coaches. Programmes are carefully planned each week to offer variety and give stimulus to the child’s physical and social development.

Activities include warm up, hand apparatus, fun gym stations, incorporating basic gymnastics and body management skills and co-ordination. To end there is a cool down section and gymnasts are awarded with stickers for achievement.

The Gymnastics Company is very keen to be involved within the Worthing community. Coaches run weekly sessions within local Worthing schools and special sessions for Healthy living week, Fit for Life week, gifted and talented days and Sports days.

All Gymco gymnastics coaches are fully qualified, insured and CRB checked. We are committed to providing quality coaching to both children and parents.
