Yes! We offer a free trial session at our MMA gym. It’s a great opportunity to experience the training, meet our coaches, and see if it’s the right fit for you

To participate in your first session, you need Comfortable training clothes (T-shirt & shorts or leggings) & a Water bottle to stay hydrated. We’ll provide any additional gear you need, so just come ready to train and have fun!

Yes! When you sign up on the day of your "Free Intro Session", you will receive 4 complimentary free sessions to really get stuck in & experience our gym before committing

You get a 2xper week membership. Additionally, you will revive a new Rashguard & a pair of Shorts as part of your trial month package! The Trial Month is the perfect way to get started and experience our training before committing to a full membership.

After your trial month, your membership will roll over to a 2xper week membership (can request an upgraded membership) at a reduced rate to put you back in line with the normal monthly fee
