With the new Covid government guidelines we will be able to start lessons at Freedom Leisure, all new classes will start on Sunday the 18th April 2021. Numbers will be limited, so please contact us if you would like to sign your child up.

Cardio Kids in Maidstone is the fun flexible approach to fitness for children between the ages of 5 – 16 years. All of our classes have been specifically designed for your Children, to provide a safe, fun, energetic cardiovascular workout which will improve Strength, Stamina and Co-ordination training.
