Negative experience: Circuit Planet a.k.a. ephone_hut on ebay, is the worst company I have ever experienced in regards to buying items through their so called company. I placed an order over 3 weeks and consistently kept correspondence to the items sent. On ebay, their company would send my purchases through Royal Mail 48. I got in contact and asked about the delivery information. Firstly, they said they cannot find the order. I had to prove through bank statements that it was placed, as evidence. Then they said they sent the item and I waited a week. Then they said their was a problem with their dispatching team. Then they dispatched again. Waited another week. Then they apologized and asked me if I wanted another resend or a refund. I had enough and asked for the refund. Now probably, it may take almost another 3 weeks to a month to get my refund. They didn't even try to make it up to me or even be honest to not having the product. Never again. Unreliable, not honest yet deceitful company.
