Negative experience: If I could leave negative stars I would. When you first enter the pool you have to go down insanely steep and narrow staircase. My disabled grandad who is staying at the hotel could barley get down them. The changing room when you first enter isn’t labelled so we assumed it was unisex, there was a women’s changing room and no disabled. There were lockers that were unusable and were full of people’s abandoned clothes and cleaning supplies. We had to have my grandad struggle in the normal changing room and stand outside the door so no one walked in on him. I’m the changing room there was mould under the benches, in the children changing room, i’m assuming for lessons, there were open tins of paint on the floor and more dangerous cleaning supplies. Again to access the pool more steps. As we entered the pool we were disgusted to say the least. The ceiling was covered in black mould, ceiling tiles missing showing the cables and roof above, the rim of the pool was mouldy and none of the facilities are working. It’s shown on the site they have a jacuzzi and sauna but the sauna is being used as a store room and a local said the jacuzzi hadn’t worked in 2+ years. The only shower in the whole facility was poolside so you can’t properly shower and there was a giant step up, once again being inaccessible. Simply disgusting, unclean and frankly a health hazard.
