Positive experience: Great leisure centre, good facilities and wonderful spa, all the staff are lovely, especially Ellia and Gaby at the spa!!!! Hot stone massage a must if you like a deep tissue massage. Ellia ( I hope I’ve spelt this right ) is a joy and makes me belly laugh so hard it’s like having a work out, keep being you ❤️
Fantastic experience: About 3 months ago I decided to make major changes to my life and that started with a Your Leisure membership , I’ve rediscovered my love for swimming , I’m now going to the gym regularly and I’m also working with an amazing personal trainer who is helping to change my life in so many different ways . So far on my fitness journey I’ve managed to loose 38lb’s and I’m nowhere near finished yet ,I’m healthier , happier and excited to see what I can accomplish Thank you Your Leisure and all of your wonderful staff for allowing me the opportunity to completely change my life and be the best version of myself

Fantastic experience: Kieron on the front desk answered every question I asked, (and I asked alot.) It was refreshing to speak to someone who is passionate about their job, and his knowledge regarding the memberships and swim school was impeccable. He was not pushy. He advised me he could sign me up on site or I could do it online. I went back to the site the next day hoping he was there, and he was, as I wanted to sign up with him, due to how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable he was. It was really nice to receive this service as it is hard to find nowadays. Thank you
Fantastic experience: On Friday 27 October 2024 Unfortunately I took a bad turn, but I was very well looked after by Nadine Hills and Ellia. Poor Nadine had to clear up my vomit, but was so kind and understanding to me. I was given water and Ellis booked a taxi for me. Lovely members of staff so kind and caring.
Fantastic experience: Rococo is very helpful and caring and supportive and Kray is very caring and helpful rickey is very supportive they help me build my confidence up and keep me calm at swimming and gym
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for a while and I love the staff they are very helpful and always smiling, I do the yoga, body balance, yin yoga, Pilates, and active for you, these classes are perfect for my body, as I suffer from long term chronic pain. I find it’s good value for money, as I use the spa facilities when I can. Car park can sometimes be an issue during busy times? Swimming changing rooms could be updated. But overall great

Negative experience: Having to prebook your appointments still for just 1hr is ridiculous especially with the price increases! Your rules have literally killed the leisure side of things! Greedy and unfair let's hope other pools will be built to give you competition and see how long you survive as a business then.

Negative experience: I wish there had been an option to give them minus five star. They deserve something worse than that. I was having a problem with my singing in details, I called the lady at head office to get it solved but she was so rude and the problem never got solved. I put a complaint but never heard anything on it from them.

Negative experience: Awful company, took my beach hut registration money and lost all my details. Scam company do not touch and do not do business with them

Negative experience: Most organisations allow a carer to swim free with a disabled person. Your Leisure seem very reluctant to do this except for a limited number of sessions which are over subscribed. This is discrimination. Come on Your Leisure, start allowing disabled people to "live better" too.
Negative experience: unreal the prices they charge! not the best gym in the world cant go for a swim when you like !
Negative experience: Useless company, apsolutely useless website. tried to arrange a simple swim for me and my husband and son and trying to use the website should be simple but no. For parent and toddler only one parent can go unless you want to double the cost and book 2 slots rather than having an add on. Call to try and arrange and when you do finally get through they can’t take bookings over the phone. Worst thing is you leisure have taken over all swimming pools making it impossible to get anywhere. Remember always spending the day at swimming pools, now your lucky to get an hour for an ridiculous price. Would rather travel out of my way to avoid swimming with any of there pool
Negative experience: Can never seem to book online won't accept my card details can't decrypt it when it does. Tried calling three times just rings and rings into answerphone. What happened to the times you could go to the pool and pay when you're there . Makes no sense to me how this works better. It clearly doesn't

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Your Leisure/Northdown House for making our wedding day so wonderful. A special thanks to Max, Lynne and Julien for endless phone calls/emails to get everything just right, and a big thank you to Fiona and the bar and waiting team for all your hard work on the day. You really made the day for us. You were all so accomodating and helpful throughout every step of the way which took a lot of the stress of wedding planning away. The food was fantastic and the day ran incredibly smoothly. All of our guests had a great time and all commented how they've never been to a wedding that felt so relaxed and calm. The rose garden was looking beautiful; we're looking forward to getting our photos back as we took all of the family pictures out there. I would highly recommend Northdown House to anyone looking to get married in the area, or any other kind of special occasion. Thanks again everyone, Madie and Paanii.
