Negative experience: The gym wasn’t too bad for the price i was paying but now 3 months into my membership it’s gone up by 20% nearly £20 extra per month so bare that in mind when signing up for a 12 month contract, will certainly be looking to join elsewhere once ive done my 12 month sentence here
Negative experience: This gym has one of the worst cultures I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming and cliquey, staff seem uninterested in helping, and there’s little to no enforcement of rules, which leads to an uncomfortable and, at times, even a unsafe environment. Bullying and intimidation is brushed off and not dealt with correctly and management doesn’t seem to take complaints seriously. There’s no real sense of community or support here just an exclusive, toxic vibe. If you’re looking for a gym that actually values its members this is not the one

Negative experience: I’d give this gym 0 stars if I could. People have told me to stay away because there’s a culture of bullying, and when I went in, it felt like a school playground. This is clearly an ongoing problem. I’ve also heard they don’t take harassment and bullying seriously at all. If you’re new to the gym and want a safe place, don’t come here.

Negative experience: Customer service is extremely poor. No matter how many emails or calls you make, you never receive a reply. The reception staff seem to lack the necessary knowledge for their jobs; even when you raise a query, they acknowledge it but never follow up. I have proof—I’ve emailed more than ten times about issues no reply. swimming pool area toilets always smell unpleasant. They organize kids’ swimming lessons on weekends, which is when the facility is busiest, and the bathroom cleaner even cleans same time. This leaves only a few showers available, and we must use water treated with chemicals while going and coming back to showers I have complained many times, but nothing changes. Finally, most of the gym equipment is constantly under repair.

Positive experience: This is my first week at the gym, I think it’s brilliant, staff are friendly and helpful, swimming pool is decent but the water is a little cold , saunas and steam room, can’t go wrong really, the gym is a decent size and love that there is women’s only also!

Negative experience: For a gym that’s £75 a month this gym is so cheap because they don’t even turn on the air condition nowadays!! Plus the machines I have seen better in gym group

Positive experience: Parking is a nightmare if you have a van/people carrier etc because you can't get in the multistorey carpark so you have 6bays opposite that you can't wait to become vacant due to street cams, the sauna is a joke always broken & never hot enough. Excuse after excuse. Staff are friendly & try to help. Obviously a management cutbacks issue which is a shame as it could be a really good place if managed better instead of penny pinching all the time!!

Negative experience: Too many freshies in this gym.. they go swimming with their kacha (boxers) which is unhygienic and disgusting.. lifeguards don’t say anything. They sit in the sauna and talk so loudly.. I’m glad this is my last month.. £75 per month for this tatti gym.

Positive experience: I have been a member here for more than 11 years now. I only use the swimming pool twice a week. I can honestly say that things have never improved over that time, but I have just accepted it for this long. They used to have a spa pool and this was a crucial part of the set up for many for lots of reasons. They decided to permanantly close it. Then they increased the membership prices ... !!! ... There are regular problems within the pool / changing rooms which take months to fix. The aircon in the changing rooms has been broken now for most of 2024 and still isnt fixed. The kit dryer was out of action for months. Some of the showers have been not working properly for a while. Locker doors missing, etc. It is right on my doorstep so it is really convenient. The last straw for me is when they notified me they are putting the membership up to £73 a month for me, I currently pay £67 and still feel ripped off. So I am going to be paying £9.22 per swim. I have spoken to management about the situation but they have no interest in keeping me as a customer. I do appreciate that their model is that you pay your fees and can use it as often as you want in the gym and 3 pools. You can not pay for seperate things. That is the problem. If I went 4 times a week it would be a bargain. They need a system where you can just pay a membership for swimming. I have no problem with any of the staff, they are all polite, but they have to abide by the company rules. It really would have made sense to keep me as a member paying my current fee, still knowing that I am not using 70% of what I am paying for instead of ripping me off more. I am going to serve out my notice and leave at the end of January. The Olympic Pool at Stratford is the best in the country, they are doing a £29 monthly membership which includes use at any time for the gym, extra classes and 3 pools, and is maintained to an excellent standard. So I will be paying £3.62 per swim vs £9.22 at the Nuffield. £29 per month vs £73 per month for a centre which never improves. Decision isn't rocket science.
Negative experience: Good space and good potential for a good gym but: This gym has needed upgrades from a long time ago. The machines are outdated, and some don’t work properly. It would make a huge difference if the equipment was replaced with newer. It feels like nobody care for this gym and they don’t wish to invest or do any work to make this gym better. Is not worth it until they make some changes.
Negative experience: This Nuffield is one of the unhygienic place I have registered . Their service is terrible . It is worthy with the money you pay for it .
Negative experience: I honestly cannot believe anyone would visit this gym and sign up if Ilford was the main gym. Terrible equipment, not clean at all and the cheaper gyms around are far superior. Im just fortunate this is not my usual nuffield. You should close it if you cannot maintain it.
Negative experience: Hi,Nuffield Health is not safe and secure last Friday somebody stole my sketchers shoes and after one week I didn't hear anything about my shoes. I report it but no body reply me.Iam very disappointed.
Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but problems with this gym from day one … there was a problem with my membership that I tried to sort out for about 6 months …. The first manager was so rude and arrogant it’s a joke … the second manager I dealt with was like Houdini, I could never get ahold of her and forgot about my problem more than once, I was going to cancel my membership until Courtnie stepped in. She went above and beyond for me, she was and is the only reason I’m still a member here, I don’t no her status at this gym but she should be the one running this gym, it blows my mind that there is a anyone above her. What ever this woman is getting paid double it and get her in charge as soon as possible. We need more Courtnie’s in the world. Also would like to add all the girls on reception were and are more than helpful to and are a credit to Nuffield The 5 stars are for the the girls in the gym if it wasn’t for them this gym would be getting a 1 star

Positive experience: If you're looking for a nice equipment and clean gym this is a decent option. Staff are very nice and helpful. Swimming pool can get too crowded so swimming lanes are limited.

Negative experience: I called about 16 times and still nobody picked up. Charging nearly 80 pounds for nothing. Customer Service is very appalling.

Negative experience: I want to leave the gym but its a long process. I want to go to Pure gym or back to my old gym Thegym. The equipment is really old fashioned for example they don’t have a proper bench press and the leg extension machine is rusty just like their other equipment. The only good thing is the sauna which is quite good, they have a couple of saunas. The swimming pool is terrible tho - it’s so small and shallow. I just want to leave. On top of that it’s not 24/7 gym. What a shame.

Equipment is dirty The layout is terrible The 20 pound gyms down the road are more advanced than this terrible disgusting gym The Jacuzzi is always out of order The steam room os disgusting The hallway to the changing rooms smell of sweat and deodarant with no air con? Staff are always very rude and unhelpful Rules are for men not to wear a towel from their belly button to their ankle to the steam room but women can be half naked in a bikini.... Disgusting
Negative experience: Used to be a great gym but now it’s going downhill especially when the company is not keeping up the standards especially after finding out how much they are charging. They say the gym is being refurbished when all it is old equipment is being replaced with other used equipment.

Negative experience: The worst Nuffield Gym in the UK. Paint all over wall sockets, removal of lockers, removal of water fountains, removal of jacuzzi. I tried to cancel my membership but they still took the payment amount. No management in on a weekend to sort the issue. Awful.

Negative experience: I am member since 2016 … I have never seen any improvement or maintenance, very bad status and going down day by day. All members are disappointed and many of them has left the membership . They have very hour locality but worst service comparing to other gyms.

Negative experience: I am reviewing my recent experience with Nuffield Ilford. I booked a personal best programme at Ilford 2 weeks in advance. On the day I fasted for 19 hrs and travelled all the way from South London to attend my appointment. The fitness team member went home and didn't inform me. When I turned up, i waited 22mins for my app. When I asked they said she went home and didn't make any effort to offer me my session. I found this extremely rude and disappointing and disrespectful. I struggled through the day for my app. It's very unprofessional and rude I do not recommend this gym

Negative experience: The equipment in the gym is bad ,machines are broken and take so much time to get repaired ,the leg press has been broke for almost 3 months now and it is not getting repaired soon ,I do not recommend ,for this membership price you would expect the gym to be clean and have good equipment.

Negative experience: What upset me the most was how bad the gym equipment was. I can honestly say the budget gyms in the area have better gym equipment. Topped off by the rude staff here. Other Nuffields in Central London are great. This one is shocking and not worth the price. Avoid getting a membership here

Negative experience: Nuffield Health had offered free one-day passes and I registered for one at my local gym in Ilford. However, when I arrived at the gym, the receptionist stated that they do not accept one-day passes at this branch, despite it being advertised and the booking going through on the Nuffield Health own website! I had convinced two of my brothers to join me, took time off work to avoid peak hours and we had bought new swimming gear for the occasion. The receptionist and the manager stated that there was nothing they could do. No compensation or empathy whatsoever. Instead I was told to make my way to another branch and “try there”. This is completely unacceptable. It is false advertising, misleading customers, damaging the Nuffield Health brand and wasting peoples time. I have been a regular customer of Nuffield Health, using the pool facilities once a month, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and will advise others against joining this gym.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and casual behavior with new comers. Lack basic decency to talk The receptionist and the manager on duty Nikita was very rude and doesn’t know how to deal guests. Booked a one day pass online and they said we don’t do it at this center very rudely. Even before listening the whole scenario and denied straightaway. Positive experience: I’m a swimmer so can’t comment on the gym. Pool is decent enough and club is fairly typical Nuffield really with decent enough facilities alongside bits of shoddy decor here and there. Big problem tho is the Sauna, I honestly have never seen a dirtier sauna. Looking between the slats in the wood is a huge pile up of dust and no doubt mould and germs. I had to walk out and suffice to the steam room as I believe it a health risk in there. Please please I beg give it a deep clean or better still a whole refit would be ideal. Let’s take pride in our facilities.

Negative experience: I only come here for water babies with my toddler and have not used the wider facility and unfortunately neither does it attract me to either which is a real shame. The changing room cleanliness and the shower cleanliness is questionable. • Lockers inside are dirty got dirt and hair inside. •Showers tho looks clean have mould on ceiling • floors are dirty; hair floating around. • not enough bins have to search for them. There’s only one nappy bin in the whole changing room which sometimes is not even out.

Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP! They are charging £65+ for extremely outdated AND broken equipment (surely this is a health and safety hazard?!) plus they have recently CLOSED the jacuzzi for good. The gym floor is atrocious - there is wooden flooring, the gym mats are stuck to the floor with hazard tape and the weights are all over the place (which says enough about the etiquette in this place). Too many people are allowed to walk in with their coats and bags without getting penalised. Plus, they have had the Jordan boxes which they haven’t changed in over four years, which is absolutely disgusting. Changing rooms stink and are awful. They are lacking basic machines and they do not even provide resistance bands at that price! Half of the treadmills are also always broken. Any “new” equipment that comes in is always a hand-me-down from another gym that is actually renovating. Benches and machines with leather are half broken plus there are CRACKED mirrors. You can get better for less than half of the price at PureGym and The Gym. I repeat - save your money and DO NOT SIGN UP! Staff and higher management do not care and nothing will get changed unless it’s a viral video that exposes the nature of the gym. This is why I have cancelled my membership.

Negative experience: Although the gym has 2 hours free parking, and the location is convenient, the gym itself is so bad! It's the worst gym I've ever been too hygiene and equipment wise, I think it's unfair that membership prices are so high, but the quality of the gym is so poor. Equipment is broken half the time, sauna and steam are terrible, and people just leave their equipment lying around. The first thing they should do is give people warnings for leaving equipment lying around. Also, I'm sure they have money to fix things as they are charging over £50 for memberships.

Fantastic experience: I have to say to date we (myself and my wife) have been very impressed with the gym staff, facilities and membership prices offered, we started out with a free 7day membership pass offered to us through our M&S sparks card, this gave us a great opportunity to try the gym for a week and see if we could make it work around our lifestyle, we decided to join and we’re offered discounted membership which made the gym great value for us! We particularly enjoyed the attentive staff, the gym and pool being quiet at times we visited compared to other gyms we previously joined up to in the area, and the pool being of a nice temperature all of the time. Also the free parking up to 2 hours at next door car park is a plus for this busy central Ilford area.

Negative experience: A bit of an annoying experience. I applied for a 3 day trial and got a code. However, the middle aged Asian lady at the front desk said they only offer it for specific companies. I did reiterate I had a code but was still denied entry.

Negative experience: Hello My name is Razvin, and I work for the NHS. After doing the Nuffield health assessment , I was given a free 30-day membership that will begin on October 1st. I now have everything I needed to use the gym, and I was eager to make the most of it before my son and other family members who were supposed to join us become members as well. You simply cannot comprehend the impact this has on someone who has finally started to think, "I am ready and now will my life and health change," not to mention the money I had to spend on the equipment I needed to join the gym. On the day my FREE membership was supposed to begin, I received a phone call from ilford gym this morning informing me that they would no longer be providing this service and that they did not understand why these people were coming in to use the services for free (multiple people were disappointed). When I expressed my disappointment and warned them that they would likely lose many customers, the staff member's response was icy and careless. We prefer to visit Ilford because it is our neighbourhood gym, and I am made to feel this way before I even begin. I'll take this as a sign, and I'd appreciate it if the management covered the costs of my stuff I bought to join the gym. You left it until on the day to inform me. Very very unprofessional and disappointing and it a serious mis management issues between Nuffield health and Nuffield gym and not a service user problem. Negative experience: The gym is so dated not very much money has been invested in this gym as of recent times and it really shows. The actual gym equipment is years old from previous gyms that have been taken over that’s been left behind and is falling apart, not properly maintained and any damaged equipment is simply just moved around instead of being repaired anything considered “new” that comes in is just Romford’s hammy downs. The sauna is pathetic and is cold all the time doesn’t seem to actually get hot enough to make you sweat. The steam room doesn’t really provide a lot of steam but gets so hot that it ends up suffocating you and you have to leave. The swimming pool has debris init and isn’t cleaned very often. The men’s changing rooms/toilets stink and are filthy because the 2 cleaners are lazy and basically aimlessly walk around the changing rooms very slowly not doing much cleaning, lockers are about 15 years old and the doors keep falling off, there is a social media video showing cockroaches in the lockers which is disgraceful and could spread infestations into members homes, around 15 lockers have been removed and not replaced so the changing room now has become even more crowded with less locker space there is no drinking fountain in locker room and the one poolside is also broken so we don’t even have water to drink, disabled toilet has been broken for months is out of order and stinks. The suit mate which dries swim wear doesn’t even work has been broken for months and leaves shorts wet also when turned on produces a smell of sewage. The showers don’t have a very good water pressure are also dirty and smell. You need a shower after using these showers Complaints are fallen on deaf ears and no one seems to care Nuffield has increased membership fees but the service has gotten worse.

Positive experience: I think the 1* rating are unfair. The gym is good, has free parking next door (just need to input the car reg) and the staff are friendly. However I definitely believe some of the cardio equipment such as the cross trainer could do with updating. I don’t rate gyms with ladies only sections either, especially when there is limited space for all the equipment. Overall good but room for improvement.

Fantastic experience: Free parking for 2 hours in the car park next to it, heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There are some things that require repairing, but the important stuff works. I always go during the day so cannot say anything about peak time. Staff are courteous, the receptionist and lifeguard tried fixing the drain in the changing rooms! Can't fault them, they should get pay rises. It does take a bit long to wait for service, but they are pretty stretched and have multiple jobs. Classes are always on time and I enjoy the professionalism of the trainers. Members are honest and friendly, when bags and mobile phones get left behind in the ladies changing room they ask around before taking it to the reception. They are clean and don't leave trash behind. The only gripe I have is that it's only 2 hours free parking so I have to shower really quickly! You'll have to enter your car registration on the tablet to validate parking when you leave. Make sure you bring a padlock for the lockers. I tried to sign up online but it wouldn't work so went to the front desk to sign up and it was just a case of filling in the form and paying first month upfront. The app is good for booking classes and they themselves are worth the price given the current economy. So glad I joined this gym, if you lower your expectation a bit (I came from vision fullwell cross gym) then this gym is great!

Negative experience: I was thinking what I could write that would be positive about the place. The only thing I can think of is the free parking for 2 hours, the close proximity to work and the steam room. The gym floor is very dated, broken and rusty/dirty. Issues surrounding equipment has been a major issue since I have been a member and was told the gym is due a full refurb over 2 years ago - as a relatively new member at the time I made the mistake of having high hopes. I was soon advised by older members that the management always say these things and never deliver. and to my disappointment they were correct. They have increased membership prices, removed the jacuzzi permanently, do not repair equipment, have a faulty gym floor stereo that plays 2 songs at the same time (and has been for 5 months without them either switching off or fixing), broken gym cables and lack of basic gym equipment. they recently forced parents to get memberships for their children to be able to attend weekend 45min family swim sessions ( priced at £17 a month for 45 min swim sessions) despite 1 family changing room/cubicles available in the men's room. This was tolerable when we were not charged to bring our children for the short swim sessions, but having now to pay for their entry, this is outrageous especially if we have daughters entering the male changing room with no adequate changing facility or space. the showers are often faulty with no body wash or broken shower head. The disabled toilet has been broken for almost a month. The sauna does not get warm and the changing room AC never works. The management do not seem to care. I have complained about various things with no response. I really enjoy the conversations with staff who are on front desk and on the gym floor. The place has potential and space. shame no one cares

Negative experience: If I could give it zero stars, I would. I don’t normally write these reviews, however this is a horrible out dated please with the gym, being the same with the same equipment for the last seven years. Not only that, but there is a certain someone that works there a lady that has caused our experience at Nuffield, horrible. Meet my cousin and brother went with a member on a Sunday we got in no problem by paying an entry fee. Once we were inside, we went to the swimming pool and insider. We were told that my little brother which is 10 years old cannot swim due to restricted hours. This wasn’t specified at entry and we were told that we could enjoy all facilities This wasn’t a big deal as it was the following Sunday when we decided to go again, but this time with a larger group. When we arrived, we were told that there are too many of us to enter with the specified member. We were told that only two guests are allowed per member. This was odd to us because the previous Sunday the person at the reception let us in even though there were three of us with a member we brushed it off, and one of us decided to become a member on the spot so that everyone could go inside, but then the lady changed her mind, and said that only one person is allowed per member which was odd because this happened in the space of 10 seconds this is outrageous and very poorly run. This gave us a very bad taste about Nuffield. The existing member will cancel his membership and we will never ever go there again. Horrible horrible experience

Negative experience: I’m a member of Chigwell Nuffield and I was travelling through Ilford and thought why not give there gym ago It was decent but dirty must say Main thing that has led me to leaving a review was the life guard on duty. I have been told her name is skuma and her customer service skills was shocking to say the least she was very rude towards me and even started sticking fingers up at me which even made me shower up and leave the gym!! I feel like cancelling my membership after being treated with no respect what so ever

Negative experience: Today I forgot the padlock for the lockers, I went up to reception to ask for help and they offered me to buy a padlock for 7 pounds. I only needed a padlock for a couple of hours, I certainly didn't need to buy another one. Anyway , I am very disappointed with how the reception staff handled the situation that forced me to go home to get mine. The lack of professionalism of the staff at the entrance is really embarrassing

Negative experience: This gym has gained the reputation of the worst nuffield in the UK and I can see why. The gym is clearly outdated. Various equipment have been faulty for months, there's clearly no urgency to get these repaired. The jacuzzi is no longer running therefore the price cannot be justified. There's a night and day difference between the Ilford branch and Romford branch. If you are looking for gyms in the area you are better off going Puregym as you get far better value and half the equipment isn't faulty! However the positives of this gym are it doesnt get too busy during peak hours, 2 hours free parking and friendly reception staff.

Negative experience: This place is one of the worst gym you will ever come across, 80% of the equipment is either faulty or out of order. Negative experience: Bunch of thieves work at the gym. Left a tshirt in the changing rooms at 9pm, called at 8am the next day and nothing has been handed in or found. Obviously has been taken. This is the 2nd time I have left something at this gym and nothing has been found/handed in...big coincidence ay

Negative experience: Worst Nuffield in the UK! Avoid Ilford Nuffield at all costs. All the equipment is outdated by over a decade and constantly breaking down. The jacuzzi is closed for the whole year. Staff shortages all the time which lead to the swimming pool, steam room and sauna being closed. Clients are not compensated at all for these inconveniences. Gym memberships at around £68 per month.

But although its been sold on different groups its customer services and front desk (help desk) is so poor and every other day i see someone fighting with them. today i had an argument and the staff was really lacking good manners; rude or ill-bred, aggressive, unprofessional, unpolite, unmannered. Anyway had to cancel my family membership. will never go there again. I would'nt suggest anyone to even consider joining this. there are a lot of cheap options around this are.

Negative experience: Every year they put the price up but I am not seeing any reason to justify this increase. Either the gym equipment is 15-20 years old or broken. Living in 2022 they also now close the gym half an hour earlier. Not shut at 9:39 (Joke) Wouldn’t recommend for the price they ask for. I’ve seen £20-25 gyms with better equipment and cleanliness. Negative experience: I am a member of Nuffield chigwell, as i was around the ilford area decided to use the facilities there. OMG the changing rooms where deep undergeound and in a state of disrepair dark so many lockers busted plus you must bring your own padlock. Have to climb about 4 flights of stairs to get to the Gym and workout studios its a workout in itself! The Gym was ok plenty of equipment not alot of people light and airy

Negative experience: ILFORD BRANCH IG1 - MENS Changing Room Over 50% Untagged Lockers are being used overnight (occupied 24/7) making it unavailable to other members. several lockers within the facility are damaged and can not be used to secure items Complaint has been forwarded to the branch site manager 08.03.22
Negative experience: Possibly one of the worst branches i’ve ever been to. So severely underfunded, whole gym is in desperate need of modernisation. Changing rooms are dark and dingy and look like they haven’t been touched or renovated in centuries. The womens only area is pathetic, the smallest little area with a few bits of equipment which is not working half the time? Can only comfortably have 3-5 women in here at once. I do appreciate the womens only sessions in the pool however. Very important for us women as the entire pool/sauna/jacuzzi is only dominated by men and usually i am the only women and this makes it incredibly uncomfortable to even enter the pool area. Very important to keep up with these sessions or even increase them. This place has potential so I don’t know why the heads of NH are ignoring this branch. Only reason I am keeping my membership is because I have a valid student ID and so pay less. Would never pay full price here. UPDATE: The entire swimming pool and jacuzzi area was closed to everyone due to “staff shortages” so sorry to those who pay for those facilities and intend to use them, and today there is over 10 pieces of cardio equipment out of order, meaning i couldn’t find a single treadmill to use even on a quiet day, and even the ones that are working have broken parts such as the fan which can’t be switched off. Will be asking for my monthly membership price to be reviewed.

Fantastic experience: I visited Nuffield on the 1st day of 2022 as part of my new resolution. You feel recognised and welcomed warmly and toured around to give you a proper picture of what this gym is all about. It offers variety of yoga, Pilate , circuit , zumba, Bollywood dance fitness , acqua Zumba, body balance, cycling , HIIT classes as well as womens only classes. Jacuzzi , Sauna and Steam rooms are fantastic. Lovely swimming ♀️ pool caters the needs of individuals and families with kids. What a joy it is to be here and to be healthy. Glad I am here ❤️ never too late to join.

Positive experience: I was quite worried coming here based on the poor reviews, but coming with low expectations this place wasn't too bad. Based on my visit. Staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. I wasn't sure how parking worked and they assisted me. Parking is free for 2 hours and always is available. Changing arooms were fine and showers were standard for Nuffield. It was clean when I went and didn't have any issues with hygiene. The gym itself has good equipment, I'm not sure what other reviewers were complaining about. It has multiple machines and equipment here to each body part. I did go on a Sunday at an off peak time and it was very empty so perhaps it might be more difficult to find the right equipment on busier days. But as someone who has been to at least 5 other branches I can tell you that this is pretty standard for all Nuffield gyms (including tier 1). I do however remember when this was an Easygym and there was far more equipment, perhaps this is what people are comparing it to. But easygym didn't offer free parking, sauna, steam room, pool, showers, changing rooms, cafe and multi gym access. Regarding womens only sessions at the pool, I understand the frustrations. I'm quite certain that most if not all other branches don't actually have womens only sessions at all (clearly because of how difficult it can be to manage). Staff here may just need a better understanding of why people want women's only sessions and be a lot more strict with who can get into the pool area, it makes it more difficult as the sauna and steam room is also here so men will be around either way. I just think that paying Nuffield prices for only a specific 1 hour a day pool session wouldn't be worth it as you don't have much flexibility with this, it isn't cheap at all and you won't find this at any other site, local leisure centres would be a better option at a fraction of the price. It would be great to see more women's sessions throughout the day, womens only studio classes like HIIT, and womens sauna and steam room sessions to make it worth the money.
Negative experience: Have been to this gym on a few occasions with a day pass to try out the facilities, staff members were helpful setting things up/doing a tour. The club itself however needs much more investment and renovation - some equipment is missing, not working and overall the facility is not the cleanest with a very dated interior. I was able to make do on my visit with what is there but generally speaking the asking price monthly for this gym is way too much! Even after some corporate discount, this gym doesn't scream value for money to me. The only thing that I can think of that they have going is the pool (but most folk could probably do without it). I didn't feel particularly inspired or motivated, but having said this it is one of the few gyms that due to the price you will find plenty of space to workout and it's not as cramped during its busy times. Needs quite drastic changes to be honest as my first experience was just so underwhelming. I'd struggle to see this as a place I'd want to stay and have a workout.

Negative experience: Receptionist manager lady is so rude, arrogant, and she does not know how to improvise.un approachable person.They don't care about your problem.Worst experience ever I had.Never see an arrogant lady like that. They should sack her. Charging so much money and in return very bad service
Negative experience: Absolutely atrocious gym. Very few machines available, of which some of them are not working properly throughout the year even after telling the staff about it. Management and staff are super rude and unorganised. Female only pool has fixed timings. But this means nothing as staff change the timings on the day without warning or without emails/signs/posters. You may end up arriving to the pool at a time and be turned away saying the times have changed right now. Not to mention the sauna and steam room being out of order for half the year or "under maintenance". Absolutely avoid this gym at all costs, I tried to stick around after all of this as it's the closest gym to me. So I spoke to the management about all the experiences to reduce the price as the service really doesn't reflect on the premium price. They're response essentially was, sorry nothing we can do so leave.

Negative experience: They don't care about your problem. You get late appointment and the get it rescheduled if you are 5 minutes late. Worst experience ever had.
Negative experience: So basically this USED to be a half decent gym about 15 years ago For past two years or so, everything is broken. The lockers, the whirlpool jacuzzi, everything. It’s dirty and dated. If you want to be ripped off, go sign up.
Fantastic experience: Jay was extremely helpful today he helped me with gym pass. Would 100 percent recomend
Negative experience: Old and limited equipment Some weights are almost always missing Sauna, steam room, swimming pool always need some sort of servicing. Customer service is good
