Located on the seafront in Hove, this large gym has 40 stations, so there is a piece of kit for everyone – and not just any kit – top of the range TechnoGym kit. Plus, large free weights and functional training areas – including an x-cube functional training rig! Here at King Alfred, you’ll find a team of highly skilled consultants and personal trainers available for those looking to get the most out of their workouts or reach their fitness goals.

Although the name would suggest this is just a swimming pool, this hidden gem located right in the centre of Brighton has a great 30 station gym offering cardio, weights and junior gym all in a fabulous 'boutique' style workout zone. Our specialist exercise consultants are on hand to offer personal training and support you with your fitness plan.

Our membership packages offer excellent value for money, including Family Membership for up to two adults and two children, Unlimited Membership offering access to all seven of our Brighton and Hove sites and Swim Only, which allows access to Prince Regent, St Lukes and King Alfred Swimming Pools.

This community centre is a real gem in the community, great for those who live locally and don’t want to head into the town centre for a gym!
