Negative experience: Horrid,dirty, smells. Took my 3yr old swimming... the changing rooms smelt like raw sewage, plasters on the floor things not working really rely grubby... don't go.... yuk

Negative experience: I just been to Le Club swimming pool today to try out their pool before our upcoming swimming lessons with waterbabies. I was so surprised how filthy the place is! The water is cloudy and dirty, the changing room lockers are all full of dust, even the hangers inside the lockers has thick dusts. thick dust! the shower room at ladies changing room are filthy! OMG, I have never been to such leisure place with this standard of hygiene. I’m so disappointed

Positive experience: Friendly staff and quiet pool. 4 pounds for an espresso afterwards pretty steep. Clean bar. Not too busy. Jacuzzi still not switched on sfter Covid despite them being open in other poola. Have some noodles handy for a friend to practice swimming. Free use of towels

Negative experience: In desperate need of some TLC very tired , gym equipment not up to date , tears in seats , pool area the same very grubby as are the changing rooms and showers

Negative experience: This gym used to be good. For last few months, maintenance has become worse. Lockers doesn't work. No hangers in most lockers No soap in the hand wash. Escalated these issue to the staff several times but seems they didn't care.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the pool could be really nice but I feel that the changing room isn't very clean and the lockers ate in poor repair. Regular cleaning and a little repair work in the changing rooms could make a large difference.

Negative experience: I used to like the gym and the pool but be aware of that children are aloud so they can jump in and out of the pool, staff can not be bothered even if there are cctv cameras inside. I won't pay again to go to a place where all I hear is kids screaming around.. there is the central pool for that.. I came here to relax but unfortunately I wasn't able to.

Negative experience: It was my first time in this particular Gym. The key lock on the lockers needed repairs due to them always being stuck and I found it difficult to open it but eventually managed to open it. At the end of my session the members of staff on reception desk showed no interest in signing me up or never asked me what I thought of the gym. Initially they never bothered to ask me if I have used any other gyms before or gym equipment or ask me any health questions. I would have thought Health and safety is paramount in this type of business. The gym area is very small and the shower area needs a thorough clean. Very poor!!!

Negative experience: The gym is old and grimey, I recently went there for a tour and was astonished by how outdated the equipment, decor and pool was. There was literally mould growing in the showers and also in the swimming pool. Definitely a stretch for around £40 a month. Also there's hardly any equipment, the place is tiny and doesn't seem like it has any air con- I suspect it would get pretty smelly and stuffy when there's a few people there. However I doubt this gym has a lot of members, hardly anyone was there at the peak time of after work, there was 4 people there. I would seriously save your money if you're considering this gym. It's not worth it. It let's it's hotel down.
