Negative experience: these wasters charged me for them over subscribing a swimming session tried to call them and the automated phone line cuts straight off pure gym going forward forget these wasters

Negative experience: Taken my son to swimming lessons at Nuneaton. Been 3yrs and still hasn't leant to swim properly. So many different swimming teachers, way to many in classes. Complete waste of money. So I gave feed back via phone call. These don't care about you, just the money.

Negative experience: 1. Keep you on higher membership costs (£31 instead of £20) unless you tell them you wish to change. 2. According to head office my membership has been cancelled altogether (having asked to be put onto the lower rate). 3. Unable to login without being asked for bank details. 4. Apparently the lady who cancelled my membership is furloughed (what that has to do with me is anyone's guess). 5. Was told to call Redcar branch back today but surprise surprise they are closed due to Covid. 6. Left voice message on Redcar number which hasn't been returned (presumably because they are shut. 6. Head offfice no unavailable. 7. Head office (Michelle) calls back to say I need to re-register to pay £20 a month (yes but what about the overcharging issue)? A COMPLETE JOKE!!
