Negative experience: Very dated pool with not so clean water, changing rooms and saunas. Total rip off if you just want a day pass. Been paying £10 for a day pass now all of a sudden £25. Seriously?! For old and mouldy facility like this… wow…

Fantastic experience: Best Hotel in Dartford.

Negative experience: Gym equipment is very old (rusty and often broken) and the facilities including the showers are unhygienic. Not worth the membership costs.

Negative experience: Basic gym equipment, the showers and spa are really old and smelly.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit sceptical about how the experience in the spa would be after reading the reviews here, but I can say that I was surprised in a very nice way. People was super friendly and offered a very good customer service. My therapist (Aiden) was good, and even offered to move my afternoon tea time to later to have all my treatments together. I can't really complain. Thank you all

Positive experience: Not the best spa but wasn't to busy

Negative experience: We were a bit hesitant about staying here as a business with the 3 stars and I wish we didn’t. Clearly the owners/managers are not actioning these reviews. These are just some of many awful points. - check in took 10- 15 mins which wasn’t just us, we saw others go through a process down to a computer glitch. - Toilet in reception was closed when we arrived beating in mind we drove 4 hours and had to wait for room. - day 1 was large towels provided - the other days, large towels were unavailable due to not being delivered. We are events and showered daily with a tiny hand towel each time. Shocking. - key card kept failing, had to charge it daily to enter the room. -one night we went into the bar and got charged double for everything, when we went to rectify it, it took about 15 mins from the initial contact. - hall ways absolutely stink of old socks kinda smell - pool never open. - if you like a warm breakfast this place is for you. - the beds squeaked everytime you moved/rolled over. I think the only place how this hotel is successful is because it’s on the site of brands hatch. If it wasn’t for that famous racing track being there. We stayed for 5 nights and the price DOES NOT match the standards. This hotel wouldn’t be around.

Negative experience: Run down and not hygienic at all unfortunately, pool usually closed due to another issue. Changing rooms stink of wee and clumps of hair in the showers for days at a time. We are hoping to get out of the 6 month contract and go elsewhere.

Positive experience: Lovely staff, the pool area and steam room and sauna were nice and the bar and restaurant were great!! Bar serves Starbucks coffee. My massage wasn't great however - no music, bright lights and so hard it left me with bruises (despite me asking for it to be softer). As with most spas, there was competition for the loungers but they have a 'no towels' policy which makes things a bit easier.

Positive experience: It’s a nice gym and spa but could be better. The staff are lovely. There’s not enough evening classes for people who work in the day. And does feel like it could have a bit of work done to freshen the place up a bit.

Negative experience: The room was quite nice, gym with nice equipment but really crowded and some people didn’t bother to clean the stuff after themselves. Breakfast is kind of a joke. It’s a bag of random stuff and bacon butty. No one asks you what you want. You just take your stuff to your room and see. So... hope you like bacon I guess? Good bless if you’re vegetarian. If you’re lucky you’ll get sort of a protein bar but maybe not. I did, my partner didn’t. I also had no fruit but he did so I guess it’s an exchange. The only thing that saved the morning was the guy on a reception. Absolutely lovely!

Negative experience: They've tried to upgrade the place recently but let down by boiler breakdowns so no pool, spa or showers!
