Feel Electric EMS Fitness, Clapham, London

Positive experience: Had a mixed experience at Feel Electric . On one hand, the trainers were absolutely fantastic. They were knowledgeable, motivating, and truly dedicated to helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Specially Carl and Cass. Each workout session was well-structured, and I always felt like I was being pushed in the best way possible. The positive energy and expertise of the trainers made working out there a pleasure, and they genuinely cared about the progress of every member. Unfortunately, my overall experience was tarnished by issues with the management and billing process. After deciding to cancel my membership, I noticed that they attempted to withdraw money from my account, even though my membership had been officially canceled. This led to unnecessary stress and a frustrating back-and-forth to get the charges reversed. I had to dispute it with my bank to get refunded yet 6 weeks later I get a letter from my bank that another transaction was attempted!! It's such a shame because the trainers were easily the highlight of the studio, but the administrative issues really soured my experience. If the management were as professional and reliable as the trainers, this place would be top-notch. For anyone considering joining, I’d advise keeping a close eye on the billing side of things, even if the workouts themselves are great.

Negative experience: Very friendly staff onsite, however all the issues have to go through support and they never answer (had to chase them in person at the studio and not even then they'd do anything). Cancelled classes, equipment not working, being charged when my membership was paused, all in less than 10 weeks of commitment with them. I'm currently owed 60£ and I want to end my membership early because of contract being breached, but can't get through to anyone..

Negative experience: The stuff is absolutely nasty . I don't recommend the gym in Clapham. Please don't go there!

Fantastic experience: This experience not only improved my muscle definition but gave me the confidence to continue feeling stronger in the gym and mentally strong. It’s really worth it if you want to enhance your muscles and keep that lean strong look I couldn’t recommend it enough !! Everyone needs EMS and love the friendly staff

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Feel Electric now for 6months and I love it, it’s just 20mins and I’ve seen changes in my muscle mass and body fat since I started, amazing service and great team.

Fantastic experience: The coaches are very helpful and push you to the limit and that’s motivate to carry on and not given up vey glad that i joined feel electric

Positive experience: Workouts were effective but customer service could be better.

Negative experience: I had paid for 26 session in total and then around mid of sessions i had to stop as this type of “gym” was making me sick so the doctor write a note for the company. Even they admitted that if i am gone sent them the doctor note they gone retuned back my money they haven’t done and decline after i have sent the doctor sick note. Still waiting for the email what gone happens with my case. Please DONT GO THERE IS JUST A SCAM GUYS. It will not help u at all in your issues.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed with this as not only the team seems to continously cancel/move my appointments but also didnt open the studio and not bothered to call their clients on Saturday 23rd September which was my last straw. Arriving for my session and finding others standing outside in same situation. The studio has limited opening hours (8-7 4 days a week and call you to come earlier when you book 7pm session!), not enough trainers and sessions are blocked up well in advance; so unless you have a resonably free diary, lot of patience and dont mind being trained by different people, this does not work. The promise of one-to-one trainer also failed. Having to be locked into weekly payment for 13 weeks and managed to attend 6 times only - with the last 4 weekends not possible to do anything as they simply have excuse for not opening studio. would not recomend this studio/exercise as it doesnt deliver what they promise. Disrespect to paying clients. Luckily, Clapham has many different exercise studios which i would recomend instead of this.

Positive experience: EDIT: based on peculiar customer service, I've had to downgrade my review. A fantastic and effective workouts in Clapham. I can't believe how intense a twenty minute workout can be, but I've lost weight, put on muscle and managed to fit it into my busy schedule. Will is a fantastic personal trainer who gets to you know and push your body to new limits. Thanks!
