Positive experience: I took 20 of my friends here for a birthday celebration spa weekend at the beginning of January. We had a fabulous relaxing time, with great treatments, wonderful afternoon tea and a really good atmosphere. The pool, steam room, sauna and changing rooms were clean and inviting, but the jacuzzi is broken. Most of the robes were fluffy and new, and it was easy to get towels. The pool was busy with families Saturday afternoon, but otherwise we pretty much had it to ourselves. A wonderful weekend!

Positive experience: Quiet little place to have a dip, small swim, sauna and steam room session. Generally clean. The Jacuzzi was unfortunately not working: and I gathered it hadn't been working for a while.

Negative experience: Joined to use the pool but it's closed so many times and a waste of journey. Had to start phoning to see if it was open. Jacuzzi has never worked. So many snagging issues, two sinks in the changing room toilets and only one basin is useable as the tap is missing. It's just all a bit pathetic. Won't renew my membership.

Negative experience: Pool literally never works. In the last 6 moths it was working for about 3 weeks. Jacuzzi is out of action for about 3 years now yet they still charge a full membership price. Showers stink of still water, scared to catch legionella, shower walls are moldy, pool ceiling is leaking rain water. I hope they improve soon although I'm losing my hope... Worst pool I have ever been to so far!

Negative experience: If you're a good cleaner looking for a project apply for a job here, they NEED you! The changing room and pool area are Grim.

Negative experience: If I could put 0 stars I would.... This is not a spa, basically a community pool with a none functioning jacuzzi and mouldy steam room. I was handed a wet dressing gown at reception, the changing rooms were very dirty like someone had walked through in muddy shoes and hair blocked the drains. The steam room smelt like mildew, cold showers were not working, pool was cold. Once we realised this was the condition, we left and requested a refund, which was then refused by the manager. Even though their own staff confirmed these conditions!!! Definitely not as advertised on Spa Seekers or worth any money

Negative experience: Got a little spa package as an anniversary present. The lunch was lovely, the massage was lovely the facilities.... No sauna, no jacuzzi, cold swimming pool. And just as I'm trying to relax a children's swimming lesson starts. I try to escape, but at that point the changing room (only one cubicle! Lockers take a pound coin) is now full of children and parents. Had to put my clothes on in the toilet. Not sure what the heck they were thinking selling spa days.

Negative experience: Jacuzzi broken for 3 years Sauna broken for 2-3 months Still charging same price. Shameless

Negative experience: Cold pool water. Cold temperature outside the water. Sauna and Jacuzzi not working.
