Negative experience: Not Open anymore decided to go to Wembley Gym near wembley triangle had been the best choice female friendly gym female only sauna

Negative experience: It has been closed

Positive experience: If you're going especially for gym it's a 2 starts from me so small only a cable station and 2x benches , cardio is alright though but as a relaxing day in a pool and steam/sauna is probably up there so 3 and half from me overall.

Positive experience: Nice little gym, its very basic but the pool, sauna and steam room are great. Weights room is tiny but has the basics and there is a cardio room upstairs with treadmills, rowing machines and bikes etc. It was very quiet when I visited apart from the swimming lessons in the pool but over all it was worth the money. The car park is free to use while you're in the gym which is a bonus, will visit again.
