Fantastic experience: Great pool and gym. Susan is the best aswel
Negative experience: What an absolute dump of a place. Went there this evening to try join up membership for the pool, tried to phone ahead to see what the process is to join, and about the booking slot system in place, got no answer after a few calls, so we went there to see. Upon asking about membership, we were told we would be able to join but have to pay as normal non members at £5 each, that's £15 for the 3 of us, when a monthly membership for us would have been £47, so i don't understand why we couldn't just join there & then & have our entry straight away. We had to use the disabled changing room, the lockers outside it had no keys so had yp ask at reception, the girl said "oh if you leave your stuff there nobody would touch them" i said i'm not willing to take that chance, so she got me a key in the end. The lockers a very small, so 2 lockers for 3 peoples belongings was a task and a half to fit all in. Once we opened the disabled changing door it wasn't a pleasant sight, the place is an absolute dump. I don't think the toilet has seen a bit of bleach in its lifetime (picture included). The floor was disgusting to, felt really dirty even after we showered at the end. The automatic doors between the disabled changing & the pool font work, so anyone who has no assistance would find it hard to get past them. The pool was very cloudy looking, I've never seen a pool as dirty looking. The water was also cold to.and the steam room was out of order, so all in all we just decided to leave after 20 mins, even the child was glad to leave it, and that's usually the hardest part getting him out of the pool. Defo won't set foot in the place again, nothing good about this place at all.
