Negative experience: One of the worst gyms in the country don’t bother

Positive experience: Shame not able to swim with son after his swimming lesson . But they have to take care of learners

Negative experience: All the facilities are extremely dirty, its unacceptable

Negative experience: Equitment is always broke in the gym staff is never on hand. Gym is always a mess. I wouldnt dear use the pool. GLL i will be taking over hope its for the BETTER

Negative experience: They are so smart - no easy way to cancel the membership. I can join offline but for cancellation I have to do it online - WHY?? And when I go to their website to register (so that I can cancel), it wont allow me to log-in and then you end up paying for 1 additional month. Sheer case of cheating the consumers. Going to sue them

Negative experience: Gym machines and free weights are average. If something breaks, it stays for months or years like this. Machines are scattered around with no common sense. Swimming pools are not the cleanest. You can notice the dirt on the swimming pools walls straight away. Reception and managers are completely useless. I'm not saying this from emotion but I really mean it. The only things they can do is to sign you up and tell you opening hours. They had a promotion 'to bring a friend and you get 2 months fee. Well, I never got that. I can't say anything about classes I don't use them.

Negative experience: Nie polecam nie ty wybierasz co chcesz robić ale korzystasz z tego co akurat jest wolne, a że różnych grupowych zajęć jest od zatrzęsienia to żadko skożystasz z tego na co akurat masz ochotę. No chyba że sauna ale w poniedziałek i wtorek po dwudziestej też nie jeśli jesteś męższczyzną . Przepędzają cię z miejsca na miejsce tu już nie wolno tu jeszcze nie wolno wałęsasz się przeganiany jak dziecko w przedszkolu. Jeśli tęsknisz za przedszkole za czasami kiedy nic od Ciebie nie zależało i na nic nie miałeś wpływu to dobre miejsce dla Ciebie.

Negative experience: Rude racist unprofessional staff. Steam room way too hot while sauna doesn't get hot to an appropriate level plus very poor cleaning standard.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities ,healthy environment,..... would highly recommended

Positive experience: Okay gym for the £. Classes are regularly full or expensive. Too many kids running around for my liking.

Positive experience: Also known as Hiĺlingdon sports & leisure club. Gym facilities are good, sauna and steam room could do with some TLC.

Positive experience: Great facilities and trainers.
