Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! SCRAMMERS!!! I order a £115 Jacket in September and have near received it!! Chases them via email to find out where it was final got a reply, they said it was out of stock and that I would receive a refund but that never happened!!! It’s now December.

Negative experience: AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Ordered 3 items of clothing totalling £197 only 1 t-shirt arrived , Tried to contact several times eventually getting a reply 5 days later to apologise saying items were going missing through their suppliers and they would give me a refund !!! 4weeks later still no refund and not replying to any emails Absolute scumbags blatantly ripping people off….. bet there family’s are so proud !

Negative experience: Absolutely inept and backwards company. Ordered some trainers in a size 8 and they blatantly sent the wrong size to me (shows they have no checks before shipping). When contacted, they told me to follow the returns procedure (buyer liable for postage) again, when pressed on this, as it was their mistake, they sent a prepaid label for me to send item back. Had to chase them to confirm the item had been received back to which they told me they had received and it has now been refunded and stated it can take up to 10 working days. Fine, but 14 working days later there’s still no sign of a refund. Emailed them to no avail and the contact number on their website (a mobile number - extremely odd) never rings through and goes to EE answerphone. Absolutely awful service, possibly the worst service I have ever encountered while online shopping. Website now doesn’t work and there is no way to contact them - brill! The company is obviously run/managed by fools and would absolutely avoid ordering anything from them like the plague. Unfortunately, I had to give them 1 star on this review when even that is astronomically generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I ordered an item, recieved the wrong size, returned it (signed for) and have still not been refunded. It has been over MONTH since this was delivered. No one updates me when I email them for an update, or if I do rarely get one I get told someone is looking into this and never does. I am now paypal disputing the payment but urge everyone to AVOID THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. EDIT: JUST SEEN ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. NOT SUPRISED.

Negative experience: Anyone know how to contact this company? Ordered a few things for my adult son from them but they arrived in child's sizes. Posted them back but no refund. I'd rather have given the items to charity. I've tried email, phone and Instagram

Negative experience: Should’ve checked reviews before I ordered but was recommended the site by a YouTuber and thought I’d try. Ordered 2 shorts sets and a protein powder. Both the shorts sent to me were different to the pairs advertised. Wrong items. A protein powder I was told was dispatched and then a week later was refunded as it was out of stock (although it sounds I was lucky to actually receive a refund). They requested that the returns were all covered by myself when it was absolutely their fault. I didn’t bother to return the shorts in the end. No idea why but a week later I though I’d try to order another pair of shorts - and again having just received them - they are a different pair. It sound like the company deliberately send wrong items and then are likely to try to scam you for a refund.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, i ordered a windrunner and never received it, they said they sent it too a different address and that it was my problem to take up with royal mail, i guess we’ll never know if they ever sent it

Negative experience: Ordered a T-shirt from the website and got sent the incorrect one. Emailed, phoned, been through the site and direct messaged on Instagram and still no reply. By reading the reviews I can see a similar pattern of people been sent the wrong thing sending it back and not getting their money. If I had checked the reviews and knew I wouldn’t have ordered anything.

Negative experience: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! I order 4 sets from here and it took almost a month to come. I received an email a week after purchasing from Royal Mail saying that the sender has dispatched the order. However that wasn’t the case, a week went by and still no update to where my parcel was. I kept emailing the company numerous times to see where it was. It took a couple of days for them to respond to which I was told it would be with me by a certain date. It never arrived by that date so again I emailed, i then was told it’s a popular item and they we’re struggling to get it sent out because of popular demand. Fast forward a couple more weeks and i receive my parcel. Half my order was in the package so the other half was missing. With the items I have received it’s very clear that they are NOT genuine. Never seen such a bad fake in all my life. Might as well of gone to cheetham hill in Manchester. How this company is still up and running is beyond me. Spend the extra money and go to JD or another proper store.

Parcel not arrived , Royal Mail say the sender has to get in touch , they say it’s not their issue, they think I won’t come down to Preston because I live in London. Scums, companies house is overdue, living off of bounce back loan funds to fund the company, now just scamming people to stay open. Dodgy dodgy dodgy. Avoid these lot at all costs

Negative experience: SCAM COMPANY INTENTIONALLY SENDS WRONG ITEMS/WRONG SIZE ITEMS IN THE FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL RETURN THE ITEMS, THEN KEEPS THE MONEY, NO REFUNDS GIVEN, MOBILE PHONE NUMBER IS A SCAM ON PERMANENT ANSWER PHONE, LANDLINE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY, EMAILS ARE NEVER ANSWERED. THE COMPANY HAS UNPAID ACCOUNTS WITH HMRC AND HAS FILED FOR THE COMPANY TO BE STRUCK OFF/CLOSED DOWN, THIS HAS BEEN SUSPENDED BY THE REGISTRAR DUE TO OBJECTIONS BY THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. THE TWO DIRECTORS NEED PROSECUTING.

Negative experience: As others have written, I think this company is a scam. Bought an item and told afterwards there's no stock and a refund will be given. That hasn't happened and no response to emails

Negative experience: This company doesn’t care about customer relations, spent over £100 on items for my son a month of waiting then they tell me not in stock, so they are refunding my money, that was a week a go and I’m still waiting! Tried email every day and no response plus theres a phone line that is permanently on answering machine, so still out of pocket with no item and no money. I think the next action is legal advise. This company is bunch of robbers. Just a quick follow up just looked on companies house and this company has over due accounts so probably going bust, save your money folks and shop elsewhere.

Negative experience: Ordered items 3 weeks ago. Was told it would be delayed for a few days. Had to chase up and ask for a timescale. Confirmed I would receive a refund, still no sign of receiving this.

Negative experience: This company steals your money if you return anything!!!! They signed for the parcel over 2 months ago. When I chased them up through email they said they would issue the refund that day... that was over 2 months ago and they have not replied to multiple emails since. £150 stolen and they have the items back!!!

Negative experience: Avoid. Ordered shoes but they never arrived. Customer service response very slow, the item turned out to be out of stock in the end. Two weeks since the order is placed and still no refund. Total scam.

Negative experience: Entered a competition to win 2 tickets for Manchester derby on their Instagram page and “won it” turns out the clowns never even had any tickets was all a lie for business growth.

Negative experience: Waited over a month for my order to arrive and when it did it was a different size to what I ordered. Sent the item back then they refused to refund me the cost of postage, so I’m left out of pocket for a mistake that was completely their fault. Messaged them multiple times but just get ignored. Absolute joke of a company, would definitely not recommend
