Positive experience: Gym trial was ok. Kalpen was a very helpful staff member indeed . Pool set up could have been better and rails were only on one side of pool , I would have preferred hand rails around it and the depth of pool to be gradient Ed rather tjdn all same depth , as in quite short so the water is a bit too high !! I like the spa and sauna facilities being single sexed and I didn’t like the shower Arwa there isn’t any benches to be able to sit on or put towels or bags on and they be dry and nearby , customers have to go all the way back to the lockers to change .no lift to the gym is also not a great feature for disabled persons . Overall steam sauna abd changing rooms are clean unlike other gyms I’ve been to . Not impressed with hene drinking water tap in ladies changing rooms . Broken and not fixed for a long time . So wastes a lot of time trying to fill up bottles . Saw cleaners doing their job snd see it’s quite a thorough one as they scrub the bins and clean showers very well , which I was impressed by .
Negative experience: Swimming pool dirty, with fine particles suspended in the water. I wonder how often they clean it apart from adding the odd chlorine control granules. Changing rooms grimy and filthy, most lockers are broken thus unusable... really have to search for a operational locker for me to store my kit. Bathroom extremely unpleasant. open piping visible, stench of urine, and severe dust & black/brown patches on the ground. Very apparent the gym is in disrepair with lack of investment and normal maintenance. Terribly mismanaged Not worth the £70 membership, many better affordable options out there.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to visit Nuffield Health, quitet long time ago my experience was highly positive. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, immediately making me feel comfortable. The equipment in the gym with a wide variety of machines and free weights that suited all fitness levels. I also appreciated the range of classes offered, which are designed to cater to different preferences and goals. What stood out to me the most was the Ladies Gym is a separate from the main Gym is an option when you want privacy. Also professionalism of the staff. Whether I was interacting with personal trainers or the reception team, everyone was knowledgeable and eager to assist. Additionally, the health services (such as physiotherapy and consultations) were comprehensive and well-organized, offering peace of mind for anyone needing medical support or advice. However, the overall experience has been fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Nuffield Health to anyone looking for a quality fitness and wellness experience.
Negative experience: I joined two months ago for £60 a month, hoping to enjoy the amenities, especially the swimming pool and steam room. However, my experience has been nothing short of terrible. The gym is incredibly poorly maintained, and I deeply regret my decision to sign up. The staff is rude and unwelcoming—no greetings when entering or leaving, which makes the atmosphere feel uncomfortable. There is clearly a lack of attention to cleanliness. The showers are filthy, with hair and other unpleasant things left uncleaned, and the toilets and floors are consistently dirty. Despite raising a complaint, there seems to be no effort to address these issues, and the staff couldn’t care less. It’s disappointing to pay a premium for such a poor experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone and regret not choosing a better facility in the area.

Negative experience: Poor hygiene standards. If you're considering using the gym, be aware that many machines are broken, poorly maintained, and rusty. The most notable feature is the pool, which is divided into men's, women's, and mixed areas. However, there’s constant monitoring, especially by men —so watch out for your partners!
Fantastic experience: Lorena Burlan is an excellent trainer who truly deserves praise for her hard work and dedication. Her workouts are always energetic and varied, ensuring that there’s never a dull moment – there’s always something new to try, making it a pleasure to break a sweat! The music is also perfectly chosen to keep the energy high. It’s such a shame that her sessions are only once a week and last just 45 minutes
Negative experience: Worst Nuffield I've ever been to by far. No towels provided, no jacuzzi and no swimming costume drying machine in the changing room. The crowd of people who go to this gym are also questionable at best if they have had to put up a sign saying 'no spitting' - shocking that this needs to be spelt out! I have one positive though, whoever is curating the music playlist there needs a raise - they have great music taste ! I heard the most fire house tracks being played there back to back, I ended up shazaming loads of songs!
Negative experience: Really bad vibes here and hideous staff members. Not one looked fit and healthy. I was told I could try the gym but when I arrived they refused to give a a tour unless I signed up and said to try for a session would be £25 when they monthly membership is 60. This indicated that the instructors are crap and equipment is faulty if they seemed so sure I wouldn’t want to join after a trial. They seemed hostile and racist and were rude and kept me waiting for ages having whole conversations with other colleagues of their kinds. Apparently they make very good deals for certain demographics, and I didn’t want to commit for a year in case I move, but their short term membership was 90 a month which is a lot for such a horrible area and facility. The top gym in Tottenham Court Road used to cost me way less.
Positive experience: Great. Serrated sauna and swim room. Inclusive of all religions and cultures. Ladies only and men only swim sessions . Women's only gym is well equipped. The only slightly down side for me the dry sauna wasn't hot enough
Negative experience: Maria and Mariana are the worst Aqua Aerobics instructors, barely speak English and are rude to everyone including other staff members. Avoid avoid avoid. I've been happy since transferring to Virgin Active.
Negative experience: Their manager Mo, bouamri is completely unhelpful and just wants you to pay. Do not even bother speaking to him.
Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service from Jessica. She has literally made my gym experience the best. Always greeting me with a smile. If I ever have any questions about anything, she would be the first person I would go to. I would recommend this gym to my friends and family.
Negative experience: I complained about extremely loud music , which is bothersome that it beats the purpose of doing exercise there. No one is listening to gym music. Everyone has their own ear air pods. But staff are insistent on playing blasting music . They say its health and safety! Could anybody explain on what ground its related to health and safety? The manager and ground staff do not understand what customer service is. I was told that manager would call me. No call , no email and no communication. I have given it 2 stars as the changing rooms and facilities are clean. However, it's a tired gym . Could do with change of policies, personnel attitude and equipment .
Fantastic experience: Emma is a great swimming instructor. She explains things well and encouraged me and gave me confidence in the water. I was able to swim in my first week. I throughly enjoyed the class and looking forward to my next class.

Fantastic experience: Emma has been teaching my 9 year old son for 12 weeks. He wasn’t able to swim when he first started. He has not only excelled but is very confident and come out of his shell. Emma is caring, nurturing and fantastic all round. Can not recommend enough.
Negative experience: I never ever see a dirty swimming pool like that the most people there don’t know about the etiquette of the swimming it’s so dirty and the steam room too because of people do the scrub there is really disgusting.
Fantastic experience: Emma is an excellent swimming coach. My 8 year old son was not able to swim before and was not confident enough in the water. Emma, in her own unique and caring way, was able to instill so much confidence and courage in my son very quickly. After just few lessons with Emma, my son's progress has been impressive. He immediately connected with her, loved and enjoyed her style of coaching. Emma is an amazing coach and we recommend to anyone 100%.
Negative experience: Can someone tell me why thier is slits in the barrier of the ladies section I was doing some stretches and turned around to notice a man from the men’s section using the machine facing the ladies section giving me direct eye contact their is no point having a separate ladies section if men can stare through the many slits I now feel like I have to be fully covered up in the ladies section and avoid working out comfortably as I have caught them staring can the slits be covered
Negative experience: Terrible place, avoid it at all costs, mega dirty, rude people, shouty members, extremely disgusting showers, non-functioning jacuzzi, the whole place is a mess.

Fantastic experience: My son has recently started swimming lessons at the club! The teacher is fantastic, very engaging and keeps the lessons varied and interesting.
Fantastic experience: Emma is such a great swimming teacher. My daughter loves her and she has been enjoying her swimming classes so much! She has gained so much confidence and can float independently!
Fantastic experience: I specifically want to review Emma, who is a swimming teacher for my both kids. She teaches them with full of enthusiasm, caring, patience and they are more than happy with her .Also I can see that they feel very secure and confident with her all the time.
Negative experience: I have been a member here since 2018, unfortunately manager keep changing here and facilities getting worse day by day. That time was good but now No.
Fantastic experience: Nuffield Hendon has a gem of a swimming teacher called Emma. Emma has ensured that both my children feel confident and safe in the pool. Neither of them could swim before and it's so so amazing to see how much progress they have made in such a short space of time. Emma is patient, she is kind and an expert in her field. I'm yet to meet a swimming instructor who is so so personable with my children. She has been a godsend. Signing my children up for swimming at Nuffield is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I'm so excited to see how my children's swimming journey develops. Well done Emma!! Both children started off as non swimmers and within a couple of months are swimming and jumping into the pool! Thank you Nuffield and thank you Emma!
Negative experience: Extremely dirty premises, there are no air conditioners throughout the gym which means that it’s extremely hot, there are no windows, small studio rooms which means that the room is filled with sweat as there is no airflow, I do not understand why management will not turn on conditioners when they are clearly there. Cleaning is on a very superficial scale, Equipment are extremely outdated The entire gym is furnished with carpets which is odd , andessentially means that it is home to various viruses/ bacteria mites and bugs Women’s changing room lockers are filthy, which means that you are unable to hang clothes or any items for that matter Class instructors lack professionalism Member profile is extremely appalling — filled with 45-60 aged women who lack manners and are incredibly rude — they stare at younger women in contempt throughout the entirety of the class and will come up to argue with you for no reason. I would not recommend this gym for women under 40. The staff at the desk, despite knowing that you are a member, keep looking in suspicion throughout the check in process as you swipe your card. I do not even want to mention the pools, and I have never used them. This establishment immediately needs to renew its premises. And this gym needs to find a way of stopping 45-60 years old women from invading the gym and implicitly attacking younger women; although management is appalling.
Negative experience: From Rude staff at the reception to extremely dirty place and the equipments need changing and extremely rude operation manager by the name of Ricardo who doesn’t know anything about operating the place also there are live black worms on the floor of the steam room which is the health and safety issue so I’m not exactly sure why they are not shut down so far.Life guard is not on site so anything can happen to the kids on family time or any other time So avoid this gym at all cost before your health is jeopardised absolutely filthy place and rude people avoid please….it’s a 0*star for me.
Fantastic experience: The swimming coach Emma Craker is fantastic, my son enjoys his lessons with her so much! He is always looking forward to his next lesson with Emma.
Positive experience: This gym is quite tired, but I enjoy the pool and the staff have been nice so far. Have not tried classes yet but the timetable looks good. Upgrades to the gym equipment, overall decor and the car park (this is very dirty, as another reviewer has put, it is like a rubbish tip) would add a star or two.
Fantastic experience: I take my 4 year old son here for swimming lessons, and i can’t recommend the swim school enough!! The teacher, Emma is absolutely wonderful - she has such a good rapport with the kids and he’s come on leaps and bounds. couldn’t be happier - thank you Emma ! x
Negative experience: This gym is definitely not worth £70 a month.. £30 at best. Desperate need of an update as equipment is very old. It's a shame as the gym is in a great location. If it was done up and update I would rejoin and be happy to pay the £70 a month
Negative experience: £70 per month for a yearly contract ....don't waste your money ...... there are attachments missing from the cable machines.... there was 1 rope attachment for triceps (I've had to go out and buy my own) .... there's not enough weight plates, there's only 1 squat rack 1 smiths machine.... it's smells in there. .. the machines are ancient or not working ..... there's generally not enough equipment to go round.... when you pay 2-3 times as other places then you expect to find it a modern place with with varied up to date equipment (eg hack squat machine etc )such as one would find in pure gym or gym group which are far superior....not happy at all
Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of visiting Nuffield Gym in Hendon today for my 7-day free trial, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Abdullah and Tanishq at the front desk greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The entire experience at this gym was outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff's commitment to customer service is truly commendable. Abdullah and Tanishq went out of their way to ensure I had a great start to my trial, answering all my questions and providing assistance whenever needed. If you're looking for a gym with a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and fantastic facilities, I highly recommend Nuffield Gym in Hendon. My visit was fantastic, and I can't wait to continue my fitness journey here.
Negative experience: They increased the price. They are not putting any more blue roll or paper in the changing rooms. The sauna was broken for about a month. They closed the jaccuzi permanently. The machine in the gym are old and some have been out of order for months. The gym is also small. The changing rooms are not clean, the lockers are dirty and they do not provide clean towels, paper to dry your hands etc. Although all these upsides, they increased the membership with £2 per month. Warning!!! Be careful with the 12 months membership. They do not send you a reminder when your membership is about to expire. They continue taking payments, and if you do not let them know in writing before 15th of the month, they still charge you full amount. They lie about customers notification. They say you opted out of receiving updates on the gym, when it's not true. It happened that I have arrived to the gym and got changed for swimming, just to see before entering that it was closed. Wasting people's time. They should respect someone's time and send regular information and updates about their services.

Negative experience: Machines need upgrading, lots of machines not working and missing/broken pins on many other machines.
Negative experience: I was a member in this gym before and had a very bad experience at that time I wanted to cancel my membership which the only way was to email their customer support team who never replied back but put me into trouble for month to clear the situation. so I decided not to sign up again but when I moved back to the area and considered joining because they’re no other gyms around I was told by the team member that the gym is managed by a new management so the same thing would never happen again! Still I couldn’t trust them and only did a monthly rolling membership for me and my mum. These people managed to disappoint and lie again!!!! I would never ever use this gym ever again. The staffs are rude , disengaged and barely say hi to clients. They always gather around entrance table and chat. They lie to sign you up but never deliver and change their words constantly. Machines are old and outdated. The treadmill stops in middle of work out and ruins the whole exercise, the cross fit machine are mostly broken and make annoying sound (ladies area) Shower , changing area , toilets and lockers are disgusting!!! There’s no air con in this building!!! Absolutely disgusting that you don’t give a damn about upgrading to ensure the safety features and give a service that clients deserve to receive. I wonder how you survive with these high fees and providing no service! I’m guessing because you’re the only gym in the area! I would have given a minus ➖ score if I could have!
Negative experience: This gym is a great looking for alternative exercise. There is always something missing or broken. Like 5 long bar working stations but only 4 long bars. Missing pins on the machines. Limited amount of weight. You always struggle to top up your series or do super series.. this gym needs a new manager who cares and understands the gym environment. Also, deep clean of showers and saunas would help.
Negative experience: I would give it a zero if i could. Half of the gym is in disrepair. The other half isn't functional. I cancelled my contract and gave notice yet they didn't cancel my contract. I kept getting letters to pay my bill and when I called the branch I was told to not worry about it and that it's cancelled. It ended up going to debt collectors and I had to spend months chasing up the management at this gym. From what I've heard this is a common occurrence. For the prices they charge you expect far more.
Negative experience: 29/5/23 First day of 3 free day pass. Got hurt multiple times in swimming pool by a bald man with a dark moustache. He agreed his actions were deliberate. Reported and was offered a free day pass which I refused. Reported to Police and told that no CCTV under water, so not helpful. No lifeguard at poolside either. Small pool with too many people in. Some get angry clearly! Be careful!!
Negative experience: If there were any other gyms in the area this gym would not survive. Everything is in such a state of disrepair. I don’t pay full price (£70 a month) and I still feel short changed. It feels as if the facilities haven’t been updated since the 90’s. Everything’s falling apart and facilities are always breaking down and take weeks to repair. Lockers have broken doors, shelves and hooks. The steam room has holes in it. None of the showers work properly and the Sauna is about to collapse. The redeeming qualities are that the staff are very nice and friendly and the is a reasonable selection of gym equipment.

Fantastic experience: Hendon gym is amazing today and I have to say the customer service was exceptional. When I walked in I was kindly greeted my Veronica. The men’s changing room was spotless today thanks to Leo. And the fabulous sales team asha and Vanessa. Keep working hard everyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this gym are amazing and attentive to ones needs. I have been to a few Nuffields in London, and the most welcoming are from the Hendon branch! Staff member Asha is honestly a huge reason why I go to this gym, she always makes me smile even when I’m down. Sometimes I go in just to see her and I’m never disappointed :)

Positive experience: Manager Abdullah is such a pleasant individual, he made my experience streamline & enjoyable. Answered mines and my sisters questions. Was very polite and attentive, seemed to have a good understanding of gym facilities & equipment. Would give 5star but there’s always room for improvement in all things isn’t there.
Fantastic experience: It was my first time attending this gym and I was welcomed with open arms by a young lady that goes by the name of Aisha. She gave exceptional customer service which included giving me a tour of the gym and giving me helpful advice on what machines would be most suitable for my workouts. This great experience has led me to wanting me and other close people around the area to come in and sign up.

Fantastic experience: The classes here are really good especially the aqua class for ladies. The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. Santos is very polite and efficient. Brand new sauna coming next week I'm excited.

Positive experience: I have been a member of this gym for a number of years. It has not been without its ups and downs. Customer service has greatly improved recently under new management. For me the gym is about the classes and Personal Trainer which has been extremely positive. The closure of the jacuzzi due to the high energy costs was very disappointing, however the pool is an asset to this gym and it’s been confirmed that the ladies are getting a new sauna installed this week.
Fantastic experience: First time using this gym. I’ve been greeted straight as I come into the gym and have answered all my enquires to my liking. I enjoyed my time at the gym and will be coming a lot more frequently now on. Also the team members was polite and welcoming especially Abdullah.

Fantastic experience: Really loving my time at this gym. The staff are always so pleasant and were very helpful to me after some personal issues. They are slowly making the gym better every week with a new Sauna and new gym equipment and think they are one or two things away from being an incredible value for money gym.

Negative experience: I am sorry! They increased the price. They are not putting any more blue roll or paper in the changing rooms.. The sauna has been broken for more than a month ! They closed the jaccuzi permanently. The changing rooms are not clean, the lockers are dirty ! The pool didn't work today!!! When I asked when it will work they said sorry, soon! I want to ask you can I use your service and when you ask me about money I will say sorry I will pay soon! is that a good answer??
Negative experience: Please add more weightlifting racks. Is there any way we can request some classes to be more frequent? Ashtanga yoga teacher is amazing but it's only once a week sadly

Negative experience: I recently had the displeasure of visiting this gym, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first thing that caught my attention was the non-functioning Jacuzzi. It was a major disappointment as I was looking forward to a relaxing soak after my workout, but alas, it was not meant to be. Next, the steam room was in a poor state. The tiling was damaged, and the steam was not hot enough to make it a worthwhile experience. It was quite disappointing, considering that this is one of the main attractions of this gym. The machines in the gym were old and outdated. The equipment was not well-maintained, and some of the machines were even broken. I was also disappointed with the variety of machines available. It felt like the gym was stuck in the 90s, and it was not up to par with the standards of modern-day fitness enthusiasts. Lastly, the changing rooms were a let-down. They were old and had not been renovated in years. It was difficult to find a locker that was functioning with a hanger that hadn't broken. The showers were also in a poor state - I was told by a staff member that the cold showers would be ready in 10 minutes as they had been reset after cleaning - I have no idea how this was even possible. Overall, I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The non-functioning Jacuzzi, the damaged tiling in the steam room, outdated machines, and the old changing rooms were all major let-downs. The gym needs a major overhaul and renovation to make it a worthwhile investment.

Negative experience: Please avoid nothing works here. The management is so bad that even 2 year baby can run it better. You get penalty charges even after putting your car details. They shut the jacuzzi I am paying 75 for a gym thats worse than Pure Gym.

Negative experience: The gym is dated. Very old equipment . Changing rooms are terrible, many broken lockers…Shower, sauna and steam Bath are no go filthy areas…Swimming pool full with rubbish…Management don’t care to enforce people entering the pool with proper swimming gear… it is disgusting how Nuffield is managing this gym…

Negative experience: I found the staff quite rude and inattentive. The gym also only has 1 (one) free squat rack that men can use. It’s around £50-90 a month. Changing rooms are clean and it has a separate section for women to work out which is quite nice.

Negative experience: Been an avid gymgoer for 15+ years and can honestly say one of the worst facilities I've seen. Dirty throughout the whole club and machines so close together they're borderline unusable.

Negative experience: I’ve been paying 69£ a month and there’s costumers who joined less than 6 months and they’re paying 42£, what doesn’t looks fair to me. I’ve tried to visit another Nuffield and they charged me extra 7£ per day. Most of the running belt doesn’t work all the time. Missing some equipments on the gym and the ones on the gym it’s old. There’s no shower gel on the showers. There’s no provided towels. The doors on the showers it’s falling apart. The drink water on the changing room doesn’t work properly, and you definitely need water during the sauna or steam room. The sauna needs a renovation also the seats it’s always broken. The spa pool doesn’t work during the winter, a season when people really want to enjoy a hot bath. The pool can’t be used anytime, if you just have that specific time to swim you need to check if you’re allowed, if you’re not and decides to go for another unit you need to pay extra to get in.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about this gym is Patricia , the women is a sweetheart she needs a raise she is so respectful and sweet. All the staff especially the rude receptionist who wears the hijab need to learn something from here.
Negative experience: I was offered a yearly contract at the minimum price of £55 as I am a student, and was told that I can freeze it whenever I want. I have used the gym for 6 months now, but now I can't go anymore because of injuries I have suffered from an accident. I want to now freeze my account, but now I'm being told that freezing my contract whenever I want is only available for the first 30 days of the contract, but now that I'm six months into it, I have to pay for the 7th month. Which is unfair and not what I was told. It just screams money hungry to me.
Positive experience: My stars and thank you for teachers and cleaning team. I do love taking classes at this club. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for management at Hendon and customer service team at HQ too because of their lack of response and care of members. Also the missed class emails sent in error to members is an ongoing fault in the system which they do not seem to be able to fix. It is annoying considering that after three strikes it is not possible to book classes for a while.
Positive experience: The gym overall is good, however the membership price is too high comparing the other gyms.

Negative experience: Took money from my account after cancelling on a rolling month contract, manager acknowledged the mistake after I phoned up. Apparently actioned my refund two weeks ago, every time I phone up, I am told the accounts department have authorised it…it will be with you in a few days. After an email to customer service, I have received a reply from the management that the money should be in my account by the end of the week, if not call them again. Absolutely poor customer service and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Both reception staff and manager have no idea about customer service! I call up due to poor car park signage, eventually squeeze into a very dilapidated car park to attend what I thought would be a trial of the gym as I am investigating my options moving into the area. I have been a David Lloyd member for nearly 10 years now and I fully intend on remaining one. This gym looks incredibly run down, poor car park and the cherry on top has to be the abysmal customer service. No interest in attracting new members - I turn up with my gym kit and the reception staff have no idea I have a booking. I ask if I can try the facilities before I sign up and they state no trial, only tour. Manager is contact from the reception staff’s mobile phone rather than on the internal lines. The lack of professionalism is clear right from when you walk in. Having taken out time to try out this gym, it is a thorough disappointment and I will never sign up to Nuffield health. I will take active steps to ensure all family and friends avoid this place and the franchise at all costs.

Negative experience: The changing rooms havent been cleaned in a long time. The blue tiles are black. If you walk on it with wet feet, you can see your footprints left in the dirt. Absolutely disgraceful for a ‘health club’

Negative experience: A gym which has been seriously lacking ever since Nuffield took it over 4 years ago from Virgin Active. Been a member for over 15 years. Despite endless complaints from members, Nuffield are just not bothered. Completely overpriced for the quality of service on offer; equipment over 25 years old and in disrepair. Reduced opening times, removed towels, removed certain floor classes, high manager turnover etc etc. Nuffield have not run this place well at all.

Negative experience: This is my third day I’m going to this gym staff are very nice members are very rude specially upstairs free weights Area with unnecessarily screaming the Sauna is very small and not clean same the steam room very old and dirty wall shower is half broken not shampoo there.
Negative experience: RUDE MANAGER!!!!!!! I have been a member of the gym since July 2021, staff are friendly most of the time. Today 01.02.2022, I invited a friend to come swimming, when I asked about the guest pass I was told by the lady at the reception the price has changed from £15 to £25 for one day guest pass, I explained to her that we just wanted to swim. A rude man (manager) next to her abruptly said "ITS ON THE SYSTEM THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO" and stormed off. I understand the price might not have been able to be changed but the rudeness is unacceptable and will not be tolerated regardless of who you are. Me and my friend left the gym and I will make sure to escalate this matter to head office so it can be addressed.
Negative experience: I visited the gym for a free workout day. There is only one squat rack that everybody wants to use, and the place did not seem clean. There was also a lot of segregation between gender as the women can train with the men but then have their own section to train. I notice other gyms in around London do not have this. Also, they wanted me to sign up for 69 quid per month with a discount included. The gym would only be worth a maximum of 30-40 quid per month. I have found another gym locally that is much better and more reasonably priced.
Fantastic experience: I went at the gym a couple of days ago to check on it as its very close to my house,even if I was very worried about the reviews that I read. I have to say that the gym is absolutely amazing and all those reviews are not true. Let me be clear that I was member of a virgin active gym, so I know what a clean and a good gym means. So in few words, I popped by and the receptionist was very welcome. I sat at the lounge area and Vanessa came 3-4 min after. I want also to mention that I went without appointment 7.15 pm! Vanessa, was very friendly and she took me for a round at the gym while she was answering all my questions. I was also, very impressed by the rest of the staff and trainers of how welcomed they were. The new manager want to improve the gym and I saw that. All the machines are working and it’s as clean as a gym can be! Don’t stress yourself out with bad reviews and pop by to check it out. It’s worth it.
