Fantastic experience: Excellent service and location. Superb staff.

Negative experience: Poor quality horrendous facilities, sewerage issue, cleanliness diar, had to have maintenance out to use shower, in t room , pool put out of service for a 'spa' weekend , laughable hotel. Less then premier inn standards

Negative experience: Pool still not open and no contact/updates to the paying members.

Negative experience: I joined as a member, however after my first visit, I cancelled my membership due to the condition of the facilities. The changing rooms are unclean with algae in the showers and black mould on the ceilings. They are also way too small for the number of people using the facility (4 tiny changing cubicles). The bottom of the swimming pool was dirty, the jets in the jacuzzi were extremely weak and barely functional, the steam room was broken and the sauna didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time- there was brown sludge under the step and the sauna seats. This is advertised as a luxury facility (and is priced as one!), but it has definitely not been maintained as one and needs a complete refurbishment.

Negative experience: Went to go swimming with my children and apparently they have changed it to members only without informing anyone of this change or updating their website.

Fantastic experience: Love it, great location for a workout, has everything I need fitness wise. Convenient location.
