Negative experience: This is by far the worst gym I’ve been to. It’s a waste of space, with only a few facilities whereby you have to be on waitlist for others to finish program. A total rip off and not worth the pay.

Negative experience: This gym has not changed their opening times, they are no longer a 24 hour gym stop lying to people.

Negative experience: I’ve actually just cancelled my gym membership at Woolwich. It’s constantly busy, even at off-peak times. I had to queue to get on a treadmill last week and that was the final straw. For £30 a month it’s just not worth it tbh. I don’t know why they take on new memberships when it’s constantly busy and most of the reviews on here have highlighted its business as its main detractor. A lot of the machines break and then just sit and take up room. Other gym users hog machines and just sit there on their phones, and staff don’t intervene when there’s clearly a queue of people waiting, which isn’t necessarily pure gyms fault but it’s just inconsiderate and not a nice gym environment. That’s just my experience though, I’ve now moved to Energie fitness in Eltham.

Positive experience: What saves this gym is some of their Personal Trainers, which are absolute professionals (Kadie, Mohit, Lawrence, and Alex A. all deserve 5 stars and will get a separate review because they also deserve a good praise!) The gym itself needs a lot of improvement, starting with equipment. Most of the mats are falling apart. There are not enough bar pads, or medicine balls. The cleanliness level is not great (invest in cleaners, don't get your PTs to do the cleaning They need to focus on customers, not toilets) Classes run by the before mentioned PTs are excellent, they bring life into the studio, they are absolutely skilled and the workouts are the main reason I come to this gym. Customer Service and Management can improve, too, as I never got feedback to emails.

Fantastic experience: Gym staff are all very friendly and they've got a cleaner going around all the time so changing rooms are spotless. I use Kadie as a PT and she is amazing! She inspires me to push myself when I want to give up, and she takes the time to explain all the exercises so that I can train on my own too. Her classes are always super high energy, with a big range of different people so she adapts the exercises to different abilities. I started as a total gym first timer around 6 months ago and I'm so happy with my progress because of Kadie, thank you so much! As some other reviews say, it is very very busy at peak times, but all the gym goers are very polite and are usually happy to share equipment. There's also quieter times so ask a member of staff and I'm sure they'll be able to advise :)

Fantastic experience: I started attending classes at Puregym in Woolwich after an abdominal surgery to regain strength, lose some weight and improve my health overall. I absolutely love the GLC, lift and pump classes led by Kadie as they are varied, incorporate some fun and allow you to push yourself

Negative experience: it used to be 24/7 when I started and said some repairs & temporary opening times but 24/7 never happened again, I work shifts would really be helpful if it was 24/7 as advertised when it first opened & I first joined

Negative experience: Whats the point of promoting Starbucks in your gym?? At the beginning I thought it was about protein source products to try after or before your workout, but to my surprise it was just pure rubbish from Starbucks. Well this is just my opinion. Not good enough Pure gym!
Negative experience: Used to be a good gym with 24 hour opening time. but now its just overcrowded and toilets are not clean enough and you have to wait so long to use basic machines.

Negative experience: I used to really enjoy going to this gym, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The gym advertises itself as being 24 hours, which was its main selling point for me, but it actually closes at 10 PM on weekdays and 8 PM on weekends. This completely takes away the convenience I was looking for. To make matters worse, despite the reduced hours, the membership price hasn’t changed—it’s still the same as when it was fully 24/7. The gym is also incredibly crowded most of the time, which makes it hard to enjoy a proper workout. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. I’m currently considering switching to a different branch that’s truly 24/7 or finding a new gym altogether.

Positive experience: Well, it’s a PureGym. Standard low cost gym with various crowds attending it. You get what you pay for. It is always crowded, people come and go, equipment may or may not be available, people may or may not follow rules. If you want to train and achieve your goals, you can do this at Woolwich PureGym - train alone, go to a class or find a good PT there. And there are a few who really have the experience and skills to help you achieve your goals. If you expect pristine cleanliness, always available equipment and daisy smelling aroma, give up now and don’t make this place even more overcrowded. If you want to train and work on yourself, you will find a time, free equipment and space to work out. Most people are willing to share the equipment during sets if you ask nicely. If you want to walk on a treadmill for hours, maybe save the £30 and go for a walk outside, will be better for your mental health and actually free some space for someone who wants to train. Arguably, the lockers are mostly occupied by gymgoers who are selfish and lock their belongings there forever, but that’s not on the management, it’s on the people who go there. Open your mouth and remind them that they should actually be more considerate towards others and perhaps change their clothes every time to smell better. For equipment hoggers and avid texters, there are no rules that can be applied without a hawklike attending with a stopwatch. Take matters in your own hands and ask to jump in during the set. If you have confidence issues and problems speaking up, this is the place to practice - overall win-win. But if you cannot deal with sharing, maybe invest in your own gym or find a place that is highly priced and less affordable, chances are you may see less people there. You get out of this place what you put in - gym is a place you build your body and your character, everything is in your own hands. Get creative, wake up earlier to avoid peak times, speak up and behave the way you’d like others to behave. If you cannot handle that, buy a dumbbell and turn on yourtube to get a sweat at home.
Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year now and I don’t usually write reviews but the standard has got so bad that I’m hoping this gets looked at and actioned as I can’t say I’m enjoying the experience at this gym lately. 1. The ladies lockers- I spend around 5 minutes every time trying to find an empty locker as 80% of them either have had locks on them for weeks or people just leave their belongings in there. The staff are not doing anything to address this (they did have a sign saying locks will be cut over a week ago) but still no progress. 2. Heating- the heating is on to the extent that it becomes very hot whilst working out. When it is the summer time, no air con is put on either. 3. Cleanliness- the ladies toilets and just the state of the changing rooms is not addressed properly or with even much care put in place. Please can someone get these points addressed soon as this will make all the difference. Thanks

Positive experience: Not bad for the price you pay however can get really busy better on weekends though to be fair especially in the afternoon after 3pm. Cleanliness is good to sometimes however I feel like the changing room needs some attention maybe more cleaning? Or better locket space but over all good.

Negative experience: Cons: constantly overcrowded (even at off peak times). If you check the check capacity measure on the app and then do a head count the numbers do NOT align. Clearly 20-30% of people in the gym do NOT have memberships. Every time I go there are people tailgating in droves (usually teenagers). Pro's: 1. gym is only 2 years old so equipment is still in good condition for the most part. 2. Lots of squat racks (6 power + 2 squat + 2 smith machines)

Negative experience: Gym has lots of non paying members, and now over crowded classes meaning you are not even guaranteed to fit in them, even if you have booked. Cleanliness needs work, and equipment is grimy and faulty. The only positive is that some do the classes are fun (if you can get in them)

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a year now and honestly it’s going downhill and into disrepair. Absolutely baffling considering the monthly fee is £30. The indoor bikes (see pictures) don’t work properly. The bike computer is broken and doesn’t display any info aside from time - until it turns off so that’s also useless. The saddles doesn’t stay in place and need to be constantly readjusted. The “resistance” also doesn’t work as well as before. In short, change them or fix them - but as they are they are taking space for nothing. You should also check the changing room. The women’s one always has 90% of its lockers constantly locked, and another 5% has stuff in it without padlock, meaning that even on days when the gym is mostly empty, there’s no enough space to actually lock your stuff. Please make sure you check every day that no one is leaving stuff behind… On top of this during the week the gym is constantly stuffed with people so working out is challenging. Most of the time is spent trying to find some floor space or a machine that’s free. There are also no medicine balls which is baffling. Avoid if you can, unless there’s some improvements it’s not worth it.

Positive experience: Puregym has basically every kind of equipment one would need to keep fit. The staff is really lovely and they are always there to help and motivate you. The only problem is that it's very crowded and I think that makes people less enthusiastic to use the equipment, that's why my favourite thing is the lessons, specially bootcamp, bodytone, pump and burn it! They are really fun

Fantastic experience: Kadie’s step class should come with a warning: you might become addicted! I’ve never sweated so much while simultaneously wondering how on earth Kadie makes everything look so easy. Spoiler: it’s not, but she’ll convince you that you can do it, and somehow, you do!

Positive experience: Puregym woolwich amazine staff friendly always here to help incase emergency and I use key fob. I purchase yesterday from vending machine. I can enter gym and exit gym without enter pin. Wifi not working. Too many people I can't use gym equipment.

Negative experience: Of course, as everyone says, even during their "quiet" time there wasn't a single machine available. However, what put me off mostly was that there wasn't a wipe down station to disinfect the machines. Additionally, no one was using a towel. When I asked about it, they said the company had decided to remove the disinfection stations after COVID and they didn't want to make using a towel a gyn policy. So, they suggest using a towel but they won't do anything more regarding the issue.

We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. Negative experience: Classic Woolwich experience, full of inconsiderate people. Gyms rammed all the time, people hogging equipment. I dont even think it being open 24 hours would help. I gave it a chance for a few weeks and left. Awful, do not waste your time and money on this dive.

Negative experience: Oversubscribed members. When I've provided feedback to the gym by email, I kept getting told that it's only as "peak hours". It crowded ALL THE TIME! You'll find lots of people hogging machines while blatantly scrolling on their phones. There are quite a lot of people standing around, chatting with their friends. Place resembles more of a public socialising area than a gym. I've recently had to que to use the treadmills when every cardio machine was in use. There are very few cleaning stations and you can see layers of hair and dust on the equipment. Gross Woolwich needs another gym ASAP

Positive experience: I went around 5pm and was a bit crowded. I think it's missing more leg machine options. Ther is a lot for chest and cardio bit missing on leg (hamstring curl and knee extension to be more specific) Knee extension machine hurts my legs as well when go on 80kg or over Price is good and option to go to other gym location is great

Negative experience: Very poorly managed gym, it's ALWAYS overcrowded so be prepared to wait around for most equipment which is probably because it is no longer a 24hr gym, and hasn't been since Autumn 2023! The gym has been very vague on why 'noise related issues' have caused the gym to operate under limited hours due to ongoing maintenance. Some transparency with members would be very much appreciated but for months it has been the same.

Positive experience: Suggestion for improvement: 1. ONLY 1 STANDARD BENCH PRESS. There is only one standard flat bench press available, while the decline bench is gathering dust. Adding more standard benches (the most sought after chest workout) and reconsidering the need for the less-used decline bench is a suggestion. 2. NO SQUAT SAFTEY PINS. DANGEROUS. Had witnessed someone being flattened by a 150kg barbell during a failed squat. It was a miracle to as how he had survived. How can a gym justify installing squat racks without safety pins. Serious injuries can be prevented with the use of safety pins.

Positive experience: A victim of its own success, always very busy even early mornings. There is enough equipment to always get a workout in if you’re willing to compromise slightly. Cleaner than other pure gyms I’ve used.

Negative experience: The limited opening hours make this place very crowded during the times it is open, and the experience of staff aggressively shouting at people to leave 15 minutes before closing time isn't nice. If the hours are shorter than other PureGyms, then the price should be significantly reduced.

Negative experience: Overcrowded and limited gym hours. Initially advertised at 24 hours and I signed up. Recently they even increased the membership price and guess what, gym closes at 10pm. What is the point if the gym is literally busy from 5-10pm. Very disappointing!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this facility has been highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share the following issues: Overcrowded Gym: Regardless of the season, whether it's winter or summer, the gym is perpetually crowded. This constant overcrowding severely hampers the quality of the workout experience. Lack of Cleaning Stations: Unlike other gyms I've visited, this one lacks cleaning stations. This is a significant oversight, especially considering the importance of hygiene in a communal exercise environment. Reduced Operating Hours: Despite being advertised as a 24/7 gym, the facility has recently started closing at 10 PM. Initially introduced as a temporary measure, this has unfortunately become permanent. This change is particularly inconvenient for those of us who rely on off-peak hours to avoid crowds and fit workouts into our schedules. These issues have greatly diminished my satisfaction with the gym, impacting both convenience and usability. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made for a better customer experience.

Negative experience: Some Terrible rude the gym staff, a male staff shouting at all the customers "making your way out"! they make you feel you as you were criminal suspects, if they think you are doing things wrong e.g. your clothe don't look sport enough in their eyes and you need to evict immdiedietly. no customer service no respect. the Manager does not seem to care about staff's service

Negative experience: 24 Christmas Eve says is open on the webesite nobody is updating the website nobody cares the manager is useless I came from far cause it was open apparently to find out later is closed I travel like an idiot on top of that is not 24 h anymore but they give acces to other gyms we don’t care about that before u open a gym make sure u have good space and u don’t get complains , int he gym all the staff is rude go slow control the weight just leave me alone so I can try I put the bench at the cables a guy came to tell me u are not allowed what is this ? Since when? If I can’t train how I want why should pay for pure gym just horror bad experience I don’t have a choice cause is the closes but definitely one of the worst gyms I’ve been I wish I could give a review minus 1 star

Positive experience: Most of the gym goers join Puregym because of the 24 hours opening time. It has not been 24 hours for 4 months at least and NO SIGNS or UPDATES on dates on when it will resume. Let alone the unworkable condition this creates (extremely crowded to the points a 20 minutes wait for a bench is "normal/lucky")... Managers don't answer emails either. If it was not for that it will be a decent gym to go to!

Negative experience: Has not been 24/7 for over three months. I joined the gym in late June. Probably got to receive the service I paid (24/7 feature) for a little over a month before it reduced its hours significantly for a long period of time. Poor communication compared to my previous gym who also had to reduce their hours at one point. I spoke with someone via email after they reached out when I answered a survey poorly. Our conversation amounted to nothing and she had nothing useful to add, to be honest. I was initially reluctant to leave as I’d paid a joining fee but I decided to cancel and join another gym.

Negative experience: Great equipment, but usually overcrowded. They recently changed the opening time, being open only from 8am to 8pm in the weekend. Today, Sunday 12th of November, 8:20 am.l, gym still closerld. Unacceptable!

Positive experience: Objectively, the only issue this gym has is it's location. It is surrounded by residential tenants that whine and complain about noise (it's a gym mate, what did they expect?).. however this has forced Woolwich PureGym to only open between 6:30am and 10pm.. which in return means the gym is overfilled to capacity throughout all its opening hours. My suggestion is to choose the 2nd closest gym if this is thr closest one. Gym culture is also unfriendly since everyone is struggling for equipment and feel pressured to shorten workouts. PureGym need to see if they can legally get around opening 24/7 regardless of the "Karens" upstairs complaining.. as a 24/7 gym results in a better spread throughout a day.

Negative experience: They doing too much maintenance and not everyone can go gym early. I only join because is near my house but they close early for a while then reopen then close again for few months And the member is not even cheap.

Positive experience: decent gym can get packed at times ,but the toilets are usually missing soap ,toilet paper , cleaning duties, and some off the lockers have been unfunctional for some time

Fantastic experience: It's clean, it's cheap and it's accessible. Free weights section is great. Great for Powerlifting or weightlifting if you can't get to a specialist gym. You can squat, bench and deadlift easily and there are ample amounts of bars both 15kg & 20kg whippy but they'll do. Bring chalk if you're intending to use the silver bars as they are slippy otherwise the black bars work great. Don't recommend peak hours of around 6/7pm and 7am. You might be waiting a while for the equipment you need otherwise but people are often happy enough for you to work in. As a woman, some men might try to bother you but raise this with management and they'll try their best to address it. Changing rooms are good. AC is good. PTs and staff are really lovely people. Best gym in Woolwich when you consider all the factors that make a solid gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever been to. Barely any equipment and there are many machines missing in this pure gym in comparison to other pure gyms I’ve attended. There is a queue almost every time due to the lack of equipment and machines. The gym is also extremely small and it can get extremely crowded due to the lack of space between machines as well as the large amount of people walking around and queueing. The atmosphere is not the best either, maybe it’s just me but the environment actually put me away from working out. I’ve not felt this way with other gyms I’ve been to so this was a first. After a week of Woolwich pure gym I changed my home gym to a different pure gym through the website, I had to pay extra money though.

Positive experience: Pure gym got everything a typical customer would need. There're enough machines and weights, many treadmills and other cardio related equipment. You can use their yoga mats and other accessories. On the other hand it's very full at pecking hours but usually you'll find a place to train. Currently the 24/7 gym opens at 8am an closes at 8pm because of "noise complaints". To compensate for this disadvantage, they offer full access to all other pure gyms while still paying the full price.

Negative experience: I recently quit this gym. Whilst I love the company and a lot of the other branches, I’m disappointed to say that this didn’t meet my expectations. As a female, a private space to work out is a priority; here at Woolwich Pure, you’d be lucky to find available equipment even during non peak hours. There’s a good selection of equipment but the gym floor is too small for the demand. Likewise it holds an excellent studio room (which could be improved to include dumbells) but that too is usually busy if you want to go after work. You would have thought that post pandemic there would be an abundance of cleaning facilities but finding a hand sanitiser is a rare find. Cleaning equipment seems to be non-existent (is this legal?), and sharing sweaty equipment the trend. I’m giving this a 2 star for the equipment in itself and the friendly staff. If you have a little bit of time, try and go to the Charlton gym. A lot more bang for your buck!

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN! I have just cancelled for the following reasons: Constantly packed. Management could not give a F. I’ve asked four different times to change some of the treadmills to metric, something that is perfectly doable based on their treadmills online manual, every time I’ve been told “we’ll look into it” yet nothing ever happens. Members don’t wipe down equipment. BIGGEST ISSUE - NOT 24/7. It now runs only from 6 till 10 on weekdays and 8 till 8 on Weekends. This has been due to ongoing complaints from residents due to the noise. These complaints were there under the previous gym that was there as well, honest to god don’t know how they even got a licence in the first place. They have said this is temporary while work is underway but I doubt this will fix the issue considering the level of vibrations caused from weights being dropped etc. Conclusion - this should not have been opened in the first place and I’m guessing won’t be around much longer.

Negative experience: This gym is crowded from 6 am until midnight. There are constantly more than 70 people in the gym except after midnight or Sunday evening. The number of equipments does not match users’ need at all. There’s always a need to queue for equipments. For example, they only have fewer than 10 benches and fewer than 15 weight machines when most people come here for weight training. Apart from the crowdedness, the place is not well managed because the weights can be found everywhere on the floor. It is rather dangerous in this small space. Big regret for registering

Positive experience: I’m adding a description as I need to explain the 3 stars rating. Basically I was in the need to book a day pass and ask around about the facilities. I rang the bell several times with no answer. Eventually, I managed to go in with the help of a fellow member that kindly offered me to come in. Once inside, without going forward beyond the control devices, I rang the help bell several times. No answer. One member offered to find someone from the staff. No results. No one was there. It’s not a troll review. It’s based on my experience and on what I expect from a company offering these services. I was disappointed and I ended up going to a similar establishment in the whereabouts.

Positive experience: Good Gym in a great location. But when it is very busy there are barely any machines left and often have to wait for one. I feel that the space they have is very little and the supply isn't meeting the demand. I understand the space restriction. I think they should open another one or expand the gym to meet the demand. I understand that the reason it is busy is due to the high volume of residents in the SE18 area. I know that you can't control the demand. I would suggest to look for a bigger location.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. You can see people going behind others without pay and the instructors pretending they did not see them. Also they never around if you need or have a problem. No worthy. You pay and others go for free. Last week someone push me to enter behind me.

Staff are available in the gym during staffed hours, un-staffed hour information is available through the website. There is 'assist' buttons available which can be used to call staff, and during un-staffed times it will alert our dedicated CCTV team of any issues in the gym. Negative experience: The gym facilities itself are fine but some days you need to go hunt for 2.5kg/5kg plates and people leave equipment around. There are 100+ people on weekdays literally 5-10pm, and it's also busy around 10-1pm, which is ridiculous

Positive experience: Nice new gym following the typical layout that puregyms have been following the last few years. Cardio and machines on one side then separated by a corridor an equally large area for free weights: dumbbells and benches, plenty squat racks (however still somehow not enough probably due to how many people live in the radius this puregym captures), running track, warm up area etc. I don’t really talk to the PTs or do the classes; I’m more of a headphones on and do my thing type of gym-goer. But they seem friendly enough and approachable if I did ever want to talk to them. Loses a star firstly due to both their stationary bikes being broken and also due to lack of parking. There’s underground parking in the same building that the gym is in - I’m sure that they can strike a deal where if members register their reg within the gym they can park for at least 2 hours for free. Many puregyms in similar situations offer this

Positive experience: I like this place. Its spacious and well equipped. Impossible to find an empty locker! All lockers are taken and pple store their toiletries in lockers overnight. Gym gets messy and overcrowded. During peak hours there is sometimes over 180 pple! Many pple in this gym leave mess behind, just casually walk away from equipment they ve just used, so floor is scattered with loose dumbbells, clippers, plates, even whole barbells , everything just lying around on Floor randomly. Staff are never around and enforcing rules of tidiness, they are always busy on classes or cleaning toilets or vacuuming, which i find ridiculous, its cleaners jobs, why staff have to do it instead of being around gym. All staff members are actually nice and friendly, easy to approach when they aren’t bysy

Negative experience: Unfortunately ive been left disappointed. We have no more anti bacterial facilities at this gym as head office has decided to remove them due to the low reduction of the covid virus . Since the removal, Ive caught colds and it’s definitely due to the lack of hygiene. This is outrageous a 24/7 gym doesn’t provide antibac facilities? not even the staff will have the time to clean equipment . Very disappointing!

We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. We’re proud to say that many of the protocols implemented during lockdown, such as frequent and regular cleaning, and improvements to our air ventilation systems, will continue to be a core part of our TrainSafe Commitment. Negative experience: The business model seems to revolve around accepting as many subscriptions as possible completely disregarding the true capacity of the gym. - It's impossible to find a locker. If there were twice as many would still probably not be enough - There's always twice as many people as machines. It really is absurd This greedy approach leads to a negative experience from the moment you are trying to get changed, eventually you will run out of one month subscribers. The space is very well kept, clean, and still new. Shame you can't use it.

Positive experience: It's a gym just like any other clean, big and nice and 24hours. But being at a very accessible location. I don't recommend you going during pick hours as you barely will have any machine available.

Negative experience: Very overcrowded in the evenings. They also removed all cleaning stations so there is no chance to clean equipment.

Negative experience: The gym was overcrowded. Limited staff and poor customer satisfaction. I cancelled my membership when I had to wait a quarter of minutes to get in.

Positive experience: Cool no contract gym. I bunt my fingers with one of the gyms (not Puregym) that would cajole you to sign on and wouldn't let you go when you choose to. Puregym is fantastic though could do better with feedback.
Fantastic experience: The manager (Patricia) at Woolwich puregym is lovely therefore staff are also very friendly and very helpful, i do believe when you have a good manager you have good staff, Maybe something other puregym managers can learn from! Gym is also VERY CLEAN, probably the cleaniest puregym i have been to, and is big, it has a very good functioning area, lots of weights and machines. I love the layouts of it, Only negative is, it does get very busy, but is not the fault of gym, so go early and avoid peak times otherwise you can wait a while for squat racks or weights. Definitely recommend Woolwich branch, ☺️ ❤️

Negative experience: For some reason there's only one bench press. Surely anyone in charge of a gym knows that the bench press is one of the most coveted pieces of equipment in the gym. There's no need to have a decline bench press when there's only one conventional bench press. Fortunately I only go to the gym between midnight and 5am so I don't usually have to wait around for the bench press but I feel conscious of the fact that anyone who comes into the weight room would potentially want the one bench press that I'm sitting on since perhaps they only come to the gym in the early hours to get access to the bench since it's too busy in the day. On that point, I have no idea why 3am isn't considered off-peak at this gym. I only come to the gym at around this time and I thought I could save £7 a month by having an off-peak membership but unlike every other PureGym this one considers 3am to be peak time for some reason despite it being pretty much always empty at this hour

Fantastic experience: I joined in December 2022 and felt welcomed straight away. Dean has been my PT since December and he has constantly motivated me and helped me feel more confident in the gym. All the staff are friendly and always there to help.

Negative experience: Worst puregym customers in London… Many guys leave their phone on the machines so they can come back at any time they want. Its my first month at this location and I already regret it. It’s disgusting that some men go to the gym to bother women. Gyms are to workout its not tinder!

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the equipment is all relatively new and well-maintained, and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. However, there are also some drawbacks that make me consider switching to another gym. First of all, they need to more actively make people attentive to put their weights back after use. It's very annoying and unsafe to find dumbbells and plates scattered all over the floor. Second, the gym gets extremely busy during peak hours and some of the members are rude and inconsiderate. They hog the machines, don't wipe them down, or play loud music on their phones. Some even bring in loudspeakers. It's hard to get a good workout when you have to wait or deal with such distractions. The gym is not too expensive compared to other options in the area, but I'm not sure if it's worth it given the issues I mentioned. I would give it three stars out of five and hope they improve their management and etiquette.

Fantastic experience: Really had a lovely time in Kasia classes , she really has in depth knowledge and really takes the time to show you how to do the exercises. Would really recommend her as a personal trainer. ☺️
