Negative experience: I called 3 times to see if a membership can be adapted for a disabled child for swim only membership. I was promised a call back from the membership team each time. No call back. Not an inclusive venue sadly it seems.

Negative experience: Closing my membership shortly to this health club. Too many machines broken, classes only suit those not working, not enough evening classes. The pool is usually taken up in the evenings with swim classes, and on weekends with lessons. And one of my biggest gripes is the fact that nobody (90 percent) of people don’t bother to wipe the machines after they use them. There used to be wall signs but they have been taken down. Staff, one in particular, wander around with a bottle and rag in their pockets just looking at users but nobody cleaning the machines and sweaty gym goers just walk off after using the machines! It’s disgusting

Negative experience: Went there for my fathers Day treat the food was could and not to the standard that you would expect all very bland my doughter paid £150+ for 3 of us but got £20 off because I mentioned that the server was bad

Negative experience: Gym is half decent but not value for money based on what they charge compared to the age and spec of the machines. The customer service or lack thereof from their membership team and atrocious communications takes this from a 4 star to a 2 star. The golf course is nice when playable But since weather has been bad it’s been closed most of the time and is waterlogged heavily even when open. Not their fault due to the incessant rain but worth mentioning if anyone considering membership any time soon.
