Positive experience: I used to go here as a kid around 1980 ! It's still here to this day ! My friends still take their children here now to swim & play in the park :-) dog friendly too

Negative experience: Such a bad management and unprofessional, Julieta Kershaw is ruining this place,is shame as it is really nice place

Fantastic experience: Can't believe we managed to book the coldest day of the summer to visit! It's been boiling all summer and I finally have time off with the kids and it's freezing. But nevertheless the kids loved the lido and we're in the water from 10am till 2pm when I had to drag them out as they were turning blue lol. Will come back again when it's warmer

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted with the service. Called up around lunch time to book swimming with my family. I was told no need to book as the lido is open. Rushed over to the swimming pool to be told we were not allowed in. Just recieved a smile and an apology and I have a very upset child to deal with. Thanks
