Negative experience: Manager is very rude and not helpful. Jacuzzi always busy by the same individuals every day. Do not recommend.

Positive experience: A nice pool and other facilities. The staff were very helpful and provide a high quality service. Some of the clientele were rather creepy and immature which put me off.

Negative experience: A friend of mine was very upset visiting this gym because of the rude and unprofessional behaviour of staff.

Negative experience: Old and non functional Machines, Rude and uncooperative staff specially manager. Unhygienic environment. Spend couple of weeks there but not satisfied. Highly not recommended!

Negative experience: Wasnt a bad gym then brought in the carpark controls of maximum parking 3 hrs and 2.50 a hour to park if not out in 3 hrs 60 fine...signed a 6 mth contract then after 13 mths decided to cancel phoned the gym yo do this and tell them why i was cancelling the bloke who answered the phone was very hostile towards me leaving ..basically told me i shouldnt be at the gym for 3 hours...(workout swim,jacuzzi,steam room and sauna and a coffee up in the restaurant afterwards) and if i did cancel without a written application i would be charged 15 a month and aquire a debt...crack on bud and would suggest some training in customer services...

Negative experience: By far this gym is overpriced a day pass is £15 The staff were really rude and the jacuzzi was cold feel like i was robbd i wouldnt recommend any1 to go here it is really bad

Negative experience: Gyms not bad, gets dirty in the sauna and steam rooms and too busy to relax

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good equipment, any broken equipment/facilities tend to be repaired in a timely fashion. Lots of advice, classes and in house health services available on request.

Positive experience: Had an amazing neck, shoulder & back massage today by Helen (5 stars for that), would definitely recommend. 4 star review overall due to hot tub out of order and also was expecting slippers to be provided with the robes for the spa area.

Fantastic experience: Good place to visit and train at. Very friendly staff and facilities are great too. Parking is available too. All in all 5 star. Pool, Sauna and steam. Prices are cheap too.

Fantastic experience: One of the friendliest, best equipped premium value health clubs in the country. I especially liked the showers and pool area - but the gym is great for an intermediate gym goer like myself and never too busy that you can't get to any of the machines. Most staff and clientele very friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Negative experience: Very very dirty gym, changing rooms are disgusting.The pool is also not very clean. The air con filter are filled with dust!!! The staff are miserable. And a lot of users mainly ethnics have bad hygiene standards and spit in the steam rooms..

Negative experience: This gym is poor. There have been numerous occasions when there was no hot water in the showers or no clean towels available. It's noisy as well, people just let their kids run riot and clamber about in the pool area. A few weeks ago I saw a young lad spit on the floor near the whirlpool. But the worst of all was a couple of weeks ago when a little girl of 2 or 3 was unsupervised in the pool and defecated in it and had to be cleared and sanitised...absolutely horrendous, i will cancelling my membership forthwith.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is great place to be. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, big variety of classes and a gym full of equipment. Good sized pool, steam room, sauna and free parking. I love the variety of beauty treatments offered in a great relaxing atmosphere

Negative experience: This gym is the worst i have been to in sheffield as the place has very low standards of cleanliness and poorly trained staff with bad attitudes! I think the main problem is that the manager has no idea how to manage his staff or the building. I reported issues on a number of times with no action, the only action i got from the manager was to terminate my contract because i complain to much! And this is from a club that uses a slogan "the club that cares". All these guys care about is getting paid every month!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place very beautiful and gym and spa area wicked swimming pool always clean but when I applied for student pass they didn't accept my bus bass then I referred to my driving license but they said a student card and my college doesn't have students cards disappointed in a way but very amazing gym I really do recommend it absolutely the staff are good and kind

Negative experience: The staff are rude and customer service is absolute shocking. The men's showers are always dirty and the showers have a really bad smell. There were loads of ants running about in the steam room where food was left there rotting. Really don't recommend anyone using the spa area. The gym is alright but nothing special. Only good thing about the gym is they offer you a towel when you walk into the gym.

Negative experience: very poor service from staff of living well health club. very disappointing. never even to dream to get any valuables you lost in this health club.
