Built as part of a £28M investment and opened in June 2018, the brand-new Moberly Sports Centre is the ideal fitness and leisure destination for you and your family. Packed with a whole host of modern facilities, including two pools, a 130-station gym and two Group Exercise studios. Additionally, there’s a large eight-court sports hall where you can enjoy a variety of activities, a spa, dedicated boxing gym and a bespoke gymnastics area, alongside a range of other facilities.

Negative experience: Shocked by the behavior of staff at this centre and appalled by the lack of action to address this ongoing issue. Generally staff do not greet you upon arrival and are engaged in loud, personal conversations, shouting at each other across the building. Yesterday a young woman at the front desk was eating a bag of crisps and drinking soda whilst ignoring clients coming in. Absolutely appalling. Will be cancelling my membership due to the unprofessionalism of this place. Not worth the value for money to be exposed to rude, clueless staff and inefficient management. Furthermore, the cleaning of this building is far from adequate. This centre urgently requires better management of staff for the wellbeing of its members.

Fantastic experience: I start my day by going to the pool and every morning when I enter the Moberly Sports Center gym, I am greeted by the positive and loving face of Ms. Kamesha. Seeing her really makes my day beautiful and positive. Of course, the other staff are the same, but she is something else and that is valuable to me.

Negative experience: Never a person to talk to as they’re all just sitting around joking and laughing with one another. I can think of one lady who is absolutely wonderful, but have encountered such horrible staff - especially the men. Waiting 10 minutes just to ask a question as they’re often having private chats about their weekend. The pool lane etiquette is absolutely ridiculous - have no idea what/where the lifeguards are half the time. Why bother having set lanes if staff allow it to be a free for all? Gym is subpar and again, no etiquette. Just a really poor service.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful place! Just had a member of staff setting off the fire alarm because a parent wouldn't move away from the pool side. The viewing window is closed for weeks with no where for us to watch out kids so pool side is the only place to stand. Life guards falling asleep the week before and this week yawning their heads off or playing with their hair and no attention on the kids swimming. Absolutely appalling place

Negative experience: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the condition of the equipment at the gym. Several pieces are broken and have not been repaired, which negatively impacts the workout experience and falls short of what we expect from a facility that charges a monthly fee of £35.00. It is disheartening to see that, despite paying this amount every month, I am not receiving the quality of service that was promised. I believe that such an investment should ensure access to well-maintained equipment in good working order. I would like to request a resolution to this issue and to know what measures are being taken to ensure that all equipment is in optimal condition for use. Negative experience: Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am extremely disappointed with the management and staff at this gym. Despite repeated complaints, they do not keep their word or fulfill their responsibilities properly. My main concern is the state of the lockers. They are often occupied by people who leave their belongings there for weeks, making it impossible for other members to find available lockers. It is unacceptable that we pay for a membership yet have to struggle with basic amenities like locker availability. I urge the gym’s customer service team to take immediate action to enforce policies and ensure lockers are accessible to all members equally. This issue needs to be addressed urgently, as it is unfair to those of us who are paying for these facilities but are unable to use them. Kind regards.

Negative experience: This centre has the worst customer experience I have encountered I booked a personal training session online with one of the gyms permanent members of staff They took £65 from me The gym trainer was not there and did not show up Nobody at the centre could help me on the day despite talking with 3 members of staff there to. Help customers. They did not offer me a refund or indeed any compensation for wasting my Saturday morning I have since emailed the gym manager twice and have heard nothing neck. It is already a week later This feels illegal and is the worst customer experience I have ever had Do not use this gym

Negative experience: This happened awhile ago but only got round to posting: A lifeguard (ha) kept on yelling at swimmers to only use half the pool because he didn’t want to get wet on the area he was standing on, can’t believe this actually happened! When I confronted him about it afterwards he said; ‘yeah so what?’ Never went back!

Negative experience: I was a member here for a while though I was shouted at by the same staff member on 3 seperate occasions. I mean shouting at me in front of the whole gym! The reasons were over random rules he had invented himself - not dropping the weights down when deadlifting (pretty random-I'd seen other people do this), another time there was something about not putting more than 3 weights on the racks - (again I've seen this done by others). I checked the rules and discussed with the manager and it was just something this staff member had invented. It was not a gym policy at all. Up until this point I had always been respectul and tried to go along with this stuff though the 3rd time I complained to the manager and never went back. He is a very short guy that wears a cap all the time though I didn't get his name - he needs to check his rank because acts like he's a sergeant in the army. Other reviews suggest it is the same person doing this to other members as well. There were some good staff there as well though unfortunately one bad apple is enough to spoil the barrel. It's just basic - speaking politely, being courteous, not making up random gym rules, etc. The facility itself is modern and pretty good. I've since joined another gym - never had any of the issues menioned above. Pay attention you are losing members.

Negative experience: This place has been useful over the last 18 months as I stay across the road from time to time. Though, I think the standards get lower each time I visit. Staff hoovering around you as you work out with the place still open for over 2 hours, let alone leaning all over the equipment talking to their pals. I don't think any actual cleaning happens often though, judging by the changing rooms. There's a large(pun intended) amount of round short men who are quite antagonistic too. That's usually a given but "community" based gyms are usually warm and friendly.

Negative experience: Sorry to say that this is not a great location. The staff are generally pretty rude and aggressive. If you read some of the other recent reviews same thing as being said I personally was using the gym today and had a staff member forcibly moved me from a machine to a location where I couldn’t train that was Busy he was aggressive and spoke down to me and was rude which was not needed, there seems to be an issue with the staffing there generally some of the equipment isn’t in great condition and it seems to be pretty chaotic at any given time. I think they need to improve their management systems and staffing systems and overall pride and attitude in their work. I wouldn’t recommend this gym. They don’t pick up the phone if you try to call.

Negative experience: Extremely disrespectful staff, today I was shouted at by one called of the staff called Owen front of my kids, He was sooooo rude, This member of staff I believe he was the manager that day and because he's manager he allow him self to talk to me and disrespect me like that, I was talking to the girl at reception as she was asking questions when I was scanning my kids swimming lesson membership card and he jumped on shouting at me from far? What is this unprofessional behaviour, I'm very disappointed? Most of times the staff are rude and not willing to help it feels like they forcing them self to help you every time you approach them to ask questions!

Negative experience: Extremely bad, disgusting and disrespectful staff. I was deeply concerned about the way i was treated by Darius. - Darius appeared angry and said that he would not be repeating himself again today - I explained that i only returned to follow up and i understood that only head office can process the refund and was not expecting a local refund - he then took me to reception desk and told the lady about the refund, he said to her " I already told her that we can't do a refund here" I explained again that I understood that. I said if i can email head office myself, Darius said that there is no point as head office never responds anyway - I was tearful and upset at this stage and Darius said to me to " please look at me when I'm talking to you and don't be going all emotional on him" - By this point i was shaking - I left the centre with Darius still shouting at me from 5 metres away, other people could hear him - i went to the bus stop and waited, then decided that this was not ok - i returned to the centre and asked to speak to the manager who said he would look into this - i called Moberly today as i have not yet received my refund, they said they will get back to me I am writing as what has happened to me is unacceptable Please if you care for your sanity and honour, do not visit this centre. I have formally submitted my complaint to the centre manager.

Negative experience: They mock of you on your money. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. At the reception they don't know anything. When I wanted to pay for a membership was a nightmare. In every interaction with the staff, I have the impression that they have better thing to do than being at work and I'm disturbing their peace. Customer service doesn't exist. Absolutely awful.

Negative experience: Terrible if you're an adult who wants to swim. The swimming pool, visited in several occasions, it's mostly attended by kids and families. There is only one narrow lane to swim, no way to ovetake. Also, changing rooms horribly dirty. If you're looking for a remotely decent place to swim look somewhere else.

Negative experience: There were 2 ways to go about my interaction here, a law suit for misdirection and entrapment or a google review in the hope of someone in the higher ups taking a look at this branch of everyone active. Upon walking in to the most useless and invisible front desk employees, I had to work hard to get the attention of the mannerless lady at the desk and inquire about registration. lady receptionist then pointed me towards the registration desk and we sat there without any further help for 15 mins. This is when the only employee with any sense of responsibility, Darius, came up to help us. Upon facing some registration issues and dealing with miscommunications, we saw how all the employees immediately assumed hostile stances and be more active than in the last 45 minutes of trying to register us. I saw one employee move out of their seat for the first time at this point. All in all, if you like to be threatened by gym staff every second in the gym, 5/5 gym for you

Negative experience: What was supposed to be a nice Sunday was ruined by an extremely rude lifeguard on a power trip. I don't know her name only that she had a pixie cut and began her tyranny from 11am onwards 28/04/24. I went to see my youngest sibling attend his swimming lesson in which they practice in the deep end for said lessons. Prior to this, my sibling and parent were swimming before his lesson and this woman embarked on her power trip telling everyone to go to the shallow end including my family members even though they attend this place regularly? What an absolute disappointment to have such a staff member who ruined the experience for many. Someone please confiscate her whistle which is starting to sound like a blow horn.

Negative experience: Bad as ever. I didn’t have to join a membership as the first approach was very rude. I had a gym pass for 1 day and for personal reason I could not attend. I went there during the day and I ask the sales advisor my situation and if he could show me around. Instead of talking and giving attention to me he was sitting down talking to his colleague. He didn’t offer to show me around he said you can go with your pass upstairs and have a look. Moving to another gym now

Negative experience: Very poor! Facility and cleaning are both very poor. There is a 2-step master machine but 1 of them has been broken for the last 3 months! There are 4-5 treadmills but 2-3 are always broken. The toilets are always dirty! Toilet’s flash are not working! No toilet rolls or soap in rush hour! Poor management! Basically they don't care! The only good thing is PTs who are working in this center. Pure Gym is a much better choice for the same amount of money.

Negative experience: Barely adequate. I have used it just for the pool only out of absolute necessity. There are places in the lobby that don't look like they've been even swept or dusted since the place opened. The general grit and grime shows the place need a real deep clean and then have it maintained by professional cleaners. The pool change rooms have more in common with Thai toilets than a first world gym. I try to come ready to swim and use the lockers by the pool so as to avoid the festering change rooms. The staff are hit and miss - sometimes I meet some really wonderful people, but most of the time you can tell they're not really invested into the place and under paid. The other gym users are not so friendly. Do I use it? Yes, because it's the only pool in the area. Do I like to? No. Is it worth the £8-something? Definitely no. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

Positive experience: The centre is nice, many facilities and clean. The lifeguards are unprofessional. Two of the three lifeguards were wearing hoodies, one was wearing a jacket. For a period of time a swimming teacher in swim uniform was sitting on the teaching pool chair. Young children unattended in pool. Lifeguards seemed to be gazing instead of scanning.

Negative experience: Extremely rude and disrespectful staff who shout at members for simple questions. My daughter goes there for swimming lessons and they had different schedule due the Christmas holidays. Considering that my child was absent last week from swimming lesson due to illness, I had no prior knowledge that lessons schedule were amended. When I complained that I was not informed about this through emails… the manger on duty got rude and started saying cant u see we have this postage (baring in mind that it was a small display placed near the reception). Instead of taking on constrictive criticism and calmly explaining to me that lessons are cancelled for Christmas’s, the manger on duty on 23rd of December along with his colleagues all proceeded to bully and shout me whilst I was with my children. A man working in the sales team proceeded to shout across the table saying I need to read whats on the website. It was horrific ordeal overall and I will be cancelling my membership there as soon as possible because never have I ever been treated in such a distasteful way.. the guy man at the sales team on this particular day lacks any form of customer service and I highly recommend that he receives basic trainings on how to deal with situations instead of getting overly aggressive. Furthermore, other parents came not knowing that the lessons swimming lessons were not being taught until the 8th Of January 2024. It’s on Everyone Active as well as Moberly Sport centre to rely information as accurately as possible to their customers.

Fantastic experience: changing rooms and showers are consistently clean, good selection of classes - open early so you can train / work out before work. Only recommendation is that the gym could be larger comparative to the scale of the centre/ courts overall particularly the stretch/ cool down areas.

Positive experience: Have been coming to here for sometime and can say that the facilities are good. However, the cleanliness and hygiene in the female changing rooms especially in the swimming area to be disgusting. There is old chewing gum and make up on the walls that have not been cleaned. The showers do not get regular checked!

Negative experience: The pool is horrible! I got an ear infection because of it and I am swimming for almost 10 years! Never had anything like this (previously I was swimming in very clean places). Fix the pool, make it clean! Otherwise I would literally report it to the authorities to close it, it’s a BIOHAZARD. I can literally see on the floor of the pool hair and dirt, the changing rooms smell like piss and are very dirty! Run, it’s not worth it for your HEALTH!

Negative experience: I have been a member since it opened and yesterday cancelled my membership due to the incompetence and rudeness of staff. Numerous times I have had to ask for the computer to the pre-booked virtual spin class to be turned on. Yesterday missed a third of the class due to having to wait for the manager to turn it on (third time in a row). The Manager was unbelievably rude. In addition the screen monitor has 1/4 of it broken which has been that way for a long time. Changing rooms are filthy, most of the time the changing cubicles and toilets in the pool area are locked in the pool area. Staff on Reception that I have had the misfortune of speaking to are also rude and extremely unhelpful. It’s such a shame because with good management and staff it could be a totally different experience going there.

Negative experience: Had booked to play badminton today and was only told it was cancelled after making a 45 minute journey to the centre. Only explanation given was it was cancelled from head office within the last 2 hours for a gymnastics event! How can an even just fall in the last 2 hours. No compensation or anything given. Just said we can rebook for another day or get a refund. Attitude was really poor. I certainly won't be going there again. Poor attitude with shocking service.

Fantastic experience: Nice sports hall with nice floors and walls. Ceilings are white but quite high. Water fountain on the first floor was broken, so every time when you want to fill up your bottle, you'd have to go to the gym through the bars and it was a pain. Other than that, it's a very nice venue.

Negative experience: Hi, Today l had a very bad experience with one of the sale assistant at Moberly Sports Center. I was invited by my brother to join him for half day spa at the center, unfortunately it wasn't what l was expecting. First the lady she was extremely rude, it seems like l was bothering her, she wasn't pleasant at all, although l been polite. Also l would like to highlights, on our arrival she was, on her phone logged in OSOS website doing her shopping, instead serving us. Negative experience: This is the worst swimming pool. It is filthy. There are clumps of hair everywhere, rubbish in the showers, the toilets are horrific, the changing area stinks.... The drying machines drain out onto the floor…. They take buckets of water from the pool while it’s in use to pour over the floors - that is the extent of the cleaning. It’s an embarrassment to the people who work there. There need to be serious changes

Negative experience: Welcome to Moberly Sports Centre The photos were taken around 10am… I would like to suggest to maintain the premises clean and tidy. As you can appreciate the toilets look completely disgusting hair, bins overloaded, toilets with full of paper all around… If the gym opens at 6:30am or 8am… what about to clean the toilets first? Or at least clean it before you close for the next day. I had a conversation with other ladies and they mentioned to me that this is a regular Sunday + Bank Holiday day behaving. Nobody is looking after until at least 11am I have 2 stars ⭐️⭐️ only because of the nice body pump and combat classes otherwise I would have been given 1 and because is not possible 0

Fantastic experience: Had my son's 5th birthday party here last weekend and had a ball. Our host Gemma looked after us perfectly and made sure we had everything we needed. The community room and kitchen was clean and tidy - it was perfect for serving food, playing party games and came with soft play items. The surprise highlight was the bouncy castle (more like bouncy obstacle course) upstairs in the sports hall. It was mega and the kids (and some adults) loved it! Highly recommended as a venue for kids birthday parties.

Negative experience: Dirty… staff don’t seem to care or have any pride in the facilities. Changing rooms are dirty. Gymnastic area dirty, swimming area dirty. You go to a class and floor is dirty you don’t even want to remove your shoes if you’re doing yoga. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you go it’s dirty.

Negative experience: Dirty & poorly managed. The pool & changing areas are abysmal.The gym is cramped & equally poorly managed; coats thrown on top of fire extinguishers, guys walking around topless, lack of equipment. It’s a shame, seems a decent facility but it’s very badly run.The only saving grace is it’s relatively cheap.

Negative experience: Facilities at the gym great but score is MASSIVELY Brought down by the cleanliness of the place. Changing area is gross beyond words. You need to shower after using the showers. There was once a clump of hair in the corner of the showers and it was still there 24 hrs later. They are communal showers which is already not ideal but ffs make a better effort. Floors are always dirty everywhere.Always running out of anti bac spray I asked the woman behind the desk at the gym where it all was was and she had such a bad attitude rolling her eyes as she passed me a bottle with a few drips in. it under the desk . Sorry darling ,some of us care of our hygiene . I stopped going here in the end because the filthy facilities made me so uncomfortable and I like to train before work so have to shower there and no time to go home. I moved further in to grove after one month to the gyms sister gym (still everyone active) under the Westway . Their changing rooms are much nicer are always spotless, non communal showers and I come out feeling clean. Staff also a lot friendlier and helpful in the gym there too

Negative experience: Disgusting courts. Centre has rubber flooring for the courts which is great since it provides extra grip. Unfortunately since it’s never cleaned, it’s ridiculously slippery. Good luck playing any badminton.

Negative experience: The magnament at this place is like taken out of some sort of horror movie for monsters..they forgot there's children's involved ..the worst behavior from the manager and his henchgirl..like a proper gang this lot, work...especially with the panic alarm set at any one for not been likeable to them...also threatening customer to call police on them..when they like. no matter women or age...this guys need to be educated..I WISH I COULD DELETE THE ONLY STAR I HAVE BEEN FORCE TO SCORE..JUST TO EXPRESS THE PEOPLE FELLINGS BETTER...IS A MUCH HEALTHIER OPTION THAN every one active...pay atencion.. GOGGLE.."BETTER"...!

Negative experience: I have dedicated myself to this gym for 3 years being an loyal customer spending and trying different clubs but when I wanted to start going to the gym as an 13 year old to get into better shape but this one specific employee kept on bothering my about my card or something different every time. At last it comes over to you that it is a filthy, dirty joke of a sports centre

Negative experience: Used to be one of the best swimming pool in the area but it’s getting very filthy. Now in the men changing room we see feces on the ceiling, destroyed and unusable door of the changing booth, the floor turning brown instead of its clean grey, plasters sticked on the walls for days and all types of marks on the benches for weeks, a recent flooding in the showers taking very long to be fixed, and people walking with their shoes just next to the pool (only a sign saying its forbidden but no one to remind people who keep doing it - not phobic but god knows what people walk into). Hope this can go back to the great facility it was.

Negative experience: Staff are very rude.Halfway through our booking one of the staff came up insisting we move onto another court which wouldve been fine if he wasnt being intimidating and very unprofessional. Poorly organised mess with dead youts as staff!

Negative experience: I will give this place zero but the option wasn't there. Staff are rude and intimidating. A Staff called Siobhan use her foot to kick my child into the pool and thought it was funny. She commented that their black hair is everywhere when they blow dry their hair. My child fainted in the water and before I got there she has written lies that my child said she was sick at at school before she came to the swimming which is not true. Don't send your children, they ate not safe.school before she came

Negative experience: The management and the people that run this are a disgrace. They are incompetent and they don’t care about doing the right thing. I’ve never known a centre not to answer the phone or allow customers to book a swimming session and then repeatedly not open the pool. Someone - probably more than one, wants sacking. They are ripping people off. I have taken my baby there and she has been so disappointed we have made all that effort and can’t swim. They are just disgusting

Negative experience: Staff so unfriendly andvunpolite it makes you change your mind and not paying for a membership! What is wrong with GLL? A social Enterprise? Mmmhhh...disgraceful. we live just opposite it and everybody in the area just think the same, we should write a complain or a petition!

Negative experience: Unhelpful attitude from reception staff member Charlotte who works Thursday. Came in today with a simple question to the swimming class teacher of my son’s class and was denied entry to speak to her and told to email instead even though other reception staff the day before adviced the opposite. Very inconsistent advice and zero customer service. They forget they have a job because of paying clients like we are.

Negative experience: About 2.5 out of 5. This gym is often too busy, even at e.g. 1pm. The staff are fairly grumpy. I asked where the water fountain was and a staff member made me show my pass to her. As if I had somehow snuck into the gym without a pass, just to use the water fountain. There are only two squat racks which is nowhere near enough, and there's not really any space to perform deadlifts. The larger dumbbells have ridiculously large grips - the assumption being that a smaller hand would never need to use a large dumbbell, which is wrong. The atmosphere is ok. I only bumped into egotistical people a few times. Most of the users are very nice. For the money it isn't great value due to the lack of space.

Fantastic experience: I went last Friday and Saturday with my 2 year old son for swimming. The receptionists on both occasions were lovely and welcoming and offered suggestions, and the lifeguards were really nice and came and offered for my son to swim for a short while in the kiddy pool even though it was not open for him. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly, which I’ll admit… not used to! So thank you!!

Positive experience: Definitely a great place to be offering so much for people who care about their health, want to keep fit or relax. Particularly like the yoga classes run by David and Pamela, swimming pool and the large gym. Darius from membership department is very helpful, always at the front greeting everyone with a big smile and has friendly, welcoming attitude which makes a big difference.

Positive experience: Great value for money but the difference between a council gym and a private one is night and day…cleanliness level is not great, and all the staff I’ve come across seem disinterested with a general attitude that you are bothering them if you want anything. I use it because I live close by but proximity and cost are the only two things it’s got going for it.

Fantastic experience: New building and nice customer service. There is disable entry and open close otomotik door to enter the building. There is 4 flor and you can go by stairs or lift. My daughter get swimming lessons here and she is happy she is at level 8 now. She used to get gymnastics lessons there is very nice gymnastics room for children but prices bit higher. There is olsa karate room and sauna. You can find fitness room nice new equipments. There is another services also but not know much but you can call and learn from customer service. Overall I like it and recommended for you. Thank you.

Positive experience: Good amount of equipment and the facilities are good. Nice pools, but a little on the cold side for young children. Good amount of free weights and machines. DBs go up to 50kg. Problems are no1 reracks weights or uses towels and the staff are not very good. And by no very good I mean bad.

Negative experience: I keep being refused entry here although I have a valid, year long membership. I am physically impaired and require the disabled access gate, as I often use a wheelchair or a walking stick. However an old man with braids who appears to hold some authority amongst his colleagues continues to order me through the turnstiles. My usual routine is entering through the disability gate and the front desk staff know that I require this, however when braided man is present he tells them to refuse to grant me disabled access. Due to my autism this has started to cause me tremendous anxiety about going to exercise and I feel intimidated when he challenges me about the gate. Staff must understand that not every disability is visible and the center needs to give more training to their staff on disability prejudice.

Fantastic experience: I have read reviews on here that seemed very harsh. I am giving the the Centre 5* due to the value for money that you get. Regardless of your fitness interests there is possibly an option for you here. . It is a very good generalist fitness centre, you have about enough of what you need. I always see maintenence people checking the gym equipment which is really good. . ** My criticism is for some of the staff members who look after the gym floor, I don't see them proactive to help and get involved with the members like I have seen in other gyms in the past. It is common for some gym members to break gym etiquette where they load their belongings on benches and take up two people's spaces, use several machines at once, the PTs need to communicate to people what shouldn't be acceptable in the gym.

Positive experience: Had 9am pilates this morning and no teacher and no one let us know, even though you have all our email addresses. Kindly Carol who teaches body cond, etc said she would give us a toned down body cond class which was really nice. However, Moberly are QUICK to notify customers if they have not shown up to a class and pay a fine but never notify clients when class teacher is not available. And we pay for classes so why can't you be efficient

Positive experience: Has great facilities. Open and closing times are accurate and staff are fairly friendly too. The only thing I would improve is managing the capacity of people who come in the gym at peak times. The occupancy shouldn’t be completely full to the point where there is no space to do your workouts in peace. It would be helpful if the app could reflect how many people were in the gym before arriving there. Otherwise, all good

Negative experience: Overall lovely place however I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes to cancel a swimming session (for personal reasons) and it is impossible to reach any staff. I’ve had this problem multiple times and nothing seems to change. It is not acceptable to leave the phone ring for this long. It’s a waste of money for the customer and a waste of a client for you’re sports center! It’s a shame to have written this review because I’ve never had any problems about anything else in the past. Hopefully this can change in the future.

Negative experience: Went to an early morning class. Firstly both front doors were not opening and receptionist was very reluctant to help. Then I get to the virtual rpm class and nothing has been set up, they said they’re having internet issues but no apology, looks like they just forgot about it. Really unimpressed with the attitude of staff and will be cancelling my membership if this continues. And to top it all off, the complaints feature doesn’t work on their website!!

Positive experience: I booked a 1 hr session of Badminton today, first time user. I really don’t know what to expect. I tried calling customer service and no person is answering the phone. I’m somewhat suspicious of the feedback others have written, and just as well haven’t become a member yet. After visit, changed to 4/5 stars. Only negative, no parking.
